Abstract: An intelligent monitoring device including a processor and an accelerometer and/or a device that includes at least one processor and at least one image sensor. The intelligent monitoring device is configured to observe at least one machine. The intelligent monitoring device is further configured to utilize its processor, or the processor of a coupled system, to recognize actions carried out on or by the at least one machine and infer the state of the machine. The intelligent monitoring device or the coupled system is further configured to provide alerts or help respond to queries about the status of the at least one machine. For example, the intelligent monitoring camera will infer the state of a washing machine based on its observations and provide an alert (optionally only to the user recognized to have loaded the washer) when the washing machine is ready to be unloaded.

  • Patent number: 11379377
Abstract: First and second-level caches are provided. Cache control circuitry performs a first-level cache lookup of the first-level cache based on a lookup address, to determine whether the first-level cache stores valid cached data corresponding to the lookup address. When lookup hint information associated with the lookup address is available, the cache control circuitry determines based on the lookup hint information whether to activate or deactivate a second-level cache lookup of the second-level cache. The lookup hint information is indicative of whether the second-level cache is predicted to store valid cached data associated with the lookup address. When the second-level cache lookup is activated, the second-level cache lookup of the second-level cache is performed based on the lookup address to determine whether the second-level cache stores valid cached data corresponding to the lookup address.

  • Patent number: 11366666
Abstract: Using a common reference address when processing calls among a native ABI and a foreign ABI. Based on caller calling using a reference address, a lookup structure is used to determine whether the reference address is within a memory range storing native code (and that the callee is native) or a memory range not storing native code (and that the callee is foreign). Execution of the callee is initiated based on one of (i) when the caller is native and when the callee is foreign, calling the callee using the reference address within an emulator; (ii) when the caller is foreign and the callee is native, calling an entry thunk; (iii) when the caller is native and the callee is foreign, calling an exit thunk; or (iv) when the caller is native and the callee is native, directly calling the callee using the reference address.
