    Abstract: A manual reset actuator includes a main drain, a diaphragm release aperture fluidly coupled to a flow control valve, an upper chamber, a control port, a control orifice, an upper chamber supply orifice, and a sealing assembly, which includes a button, and a plunger. A pressure in the upper chamber exerts a downward force on the plunger. A spring exerts an upward force on the plunger. The fluid in the upper chamber is released via the control orifice, which lowers the pressure in the upper chamber, decreasing the downward force exerted on the plunger. When the downward force is less than the upward force, the spring forces the plunger upwards into an open configuration, which unseals the diaphragm release aperture. When the upward force is less than the downward force, the plunger remains in a closed configuration, which keeps the diaphragm release aperture sealed.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to delivery devices for transcatheter stented prosthesis loading, delivery and implantation. The delivery devices provide a loaded delivery state in which the stented prosthesis is loaded and compressed over the delivery device. The compression of the stented prosthesis can be adjusted with one or more elongate tension members, which extend around the stented prosthesis and proximately to an actuation and release assembly that can be provided as part of a handle assembly. The delivery device can be manipulated to adjust tension in the tension members to permit the stented prosthesis to compress, self-expand, and ultimately release from the shaft assembly. In some embodiments, the tension in one or more tension members is adjusted with one or more actuation and release assemblies.

    Abstract: An edge device generates an exit event for a vehicle exiting a parking facility. The edge device determines whether the exit event matches with an entry event. Responsive to determining that the exit event does not match to an entry event, the edge device inputs images of the vehicle into a supervised machine learning model and receives, as output from the model, an exit feature vector. The edge device retrieves entry feature vectors corresponding to hanging entry events. A hanging entry event is an entry event for a vehicle with an unknown vehicle identifier. Edge device inputs the exit feature vector and the entry feature vectors into an unsupervised machine learning model and receives, as output from the model, matching scores for each entry feature vector. Edge device matches the exit event to one of the hanging entry events based on the matching scores.

    Abstract: A phase shifter for altering the phase of a radio frequency signal is disclosed herein. A Lange coupler is used having reflective ports that are coupled to artificial transmission lines. The artificial transmission lines provide a reflection transmission path, the length of which can be determined by digital control lines. Transistors placed along the length of the central trace provide independent paths to ground that serve to shorten the electrical length of the ATL. Accordingly, by selectively turning the transistors on/off, the electrical length of the ATL can be selected and thus the amount of phase delay introduced by the phase shifter.

    Abstract: A method for improving communication network performance comprises identifying a favorability status of individual predictions and/or decisions of a plurality of decisions of a machine-learning algorithm acting on the communication network. The favorability statuses are stored with corresponding values of network parameters used as features in the algorithm. A counterfactual algorithm is generated, e.g., by generating a tree-based classification algorithm, based on the stored favorability statuses and network parameter values, to derive rules for producing a favorable status based on one or more of the network parameters. A proposed recourse action comprising a change in at least one of the network parameters is identified, based on the rules, and a decision network, such as a Bayesian inference network, is generated for determining a confidence level estimating a reliability of achieving a favorable status by changing the network parameter(s).

    Abstract: Technology is disclosed for reading memory cells having threshold switching selectors. A sense amplifier may have a set of capacitors that may be used to exchange charge with a sense node connected to the selected word line. A capacitor may be used to pull excess charge from the sense node or to provide charge to the sense node. A control circuit drives a current to the selected word line to charge up the selected word line to switch on the threshold switching selector of the selected memory cell. A capacitor may be connected to the selected word line when, or soon after, the threshold switching selector switches on. The capacitor may draw away excess charge to prevent a snapback current from flowing through the memory cell thereby preventing mis-reads. The capacitor may reduce read latency by speeding the rate of voltage change on a word line.

The diaphragm has a flexible member that is disposed within the chamber for controlling communication between the inlet and the outlet. The inversion inhibitor prevents the flexible member from reaching its natural-inverted position and creates a force within the flexible member that urges the flexible member to a seated position.
