  • Publication number: 20210042570
Abstract: A method includes receiving, from sensors, current trace data including current sensor values associated with producing products. The method further includes processing the current trace data to identify features of the current trace data and providing the features of the current trace data as input to a trained machine learning model that uses a hyperplane limit for product classification. The method further includes obtaining, from the trained machine learning model, outputs indicative of predictive data associated with the hyperplane limit and processing the predictive data and the hyperplane limit to determine: first products associated with a first product classification and second products associated with a second product classification based exclusively on the subset of the plurality of features; and third products associated with the first product classification or the second product classification based on an additional feature not within the subset.

  • Publication number: 20210042316
Abstract: A domain separated service catalog may include global catalog items and domain-specific catalog items. Global catalog items may be accessible to all users of a catalog. Catalog item data for global catalog items may be stored in a catalog item data table. Domain separated catalog items may only be accessible within the domain with which they are associated. Catalog item data for domain separated catalog items may also be stored in the catalog item data table. When a user associated with a domain opens the service catalog, data for catalog items may be retrieved from the catalog item data table. The catalog may then be populated with the global catalog items and the domain specific catalog items.

  • Publication number: 20210011389
Abstract: A method of determining a configuration of a projection system for a lithographic apparatus as an implementation of a quadratic programming problem with a penalty function. The method includes: receiving dependencies of one or more optical properties of the projection system on a configuration of a plurality of manipulators of the projection system; receiving a plurality of constraints which correspond to physical constraints of the manipulators; finding an initial configuration of the manipulators; and iteratively finding an output configuration of the manipulators. The iteration includes repeating the following steps: determining a set of the plurality of constraints that are violated; determining an updated configuration of the manipulators, the updated configuration of the manipulators being dependent on the set of the plurality of constraints that are violated and a penalty strength; and increasing the penalty strength. These steps are repeated until a convergence criterion is met.

  • Patent number: 10884814
Abstract: System and techniques for multifactor intelligent agent control are described herein. A workload request may be received from a user device via a network. The workload may be instantiated in an isolated environment on an edge computing platform. Here, the isolated environment may be a container or a virtual machine. The instantiation of the workload may include using a hardware security component (SEC) of the mobile edge computing platform to prevent access to data or code of the workload from other environments hosted by the mobile edge computing platform. The workload may then be executed in the isolated environment and a result of the workload returned to the user device.

  • Publication number: 20200412363
Abstract: An electronic switch that includes a signal path with a first terminal side of the signal path including cascoded transistors in the signal path. When the switch is in an off state, the gate of one of the cascoded transistors is biased at an intermediate voltage different from the voltage applied to the gate of the other of the cascoded transistors. In one embodiment, having the gate of one of the cascoded transistors biased at an intermediate voltage in an off state may reduce leakage current into a signal terminal of the switch. The electronic switch includes an injection shunting device (e.g. such as a transistor) connected to a node of the signal path. In one embodiment, the injection shunting device prevents the voltage of the node from reaching a specific voltage level due to leakage current when the switch is in an off state.
