Abstract: Apparatuses and methods for data traffic management in multi-source content delivery are described. The apparatus includes a downloader and a controller. The downloader is coupled to servers via communication links. The controller is configured to determine initial download requests for the servers based on predetermined information about a quality of the links. The controller is also configured to send the initial download requests to the servers with the downloader. The controller is further configured to update the information about the quality of the communication links after the downloader receives data associated with a data file from the servers via the communication links. The controller is also configured to determine subsequent download requests for the servers based on the updated information about the quality of the communication links. The controller of further configured to send the subsequent download requests to the servers via the downloader.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to stable topical pharmaceutical compositions of SHR0302 (also known as ARQ-250). In certain embodiments, pharmaceutical compositions of SHR0302 having a pH of less than about 4.6 have improved stability and do not exhibit crystal formation of the API. In certain embodiments, pharmaceutical compositions of SHR0302 comprising about 20% to about 30% dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) have improved stability and do not exhibit crystal formation of the API. The improved formulations of SHR0302 can exhibit acceptable commercial product shelf life and do not exhibit loss of potency of the API after prolonged storage.

Abstract: The disclosure provides probes comprising dipyrromethane-BF2 derivatives which exhibits different fluorescent spectral properties when conjugated to the amnio acids, compositions and kits comprising same. The disclosure also provides methods for detecting/identifying amino acids and sequencing polypeptide molecules by conjugating a dipyrromethane-BF2 derivative which exhibits different fluorescent spectral properties when conjugated to the amnio acids.

Abstract: Systems and methods for generating a data aggregator interactive graphical user interface. An interactive graphical user interface (GUI) includes a selectable symbol region, a query region and a data results region. The selectable symbol region displays predefined symbols. The query region displays user input fields for generating queries. The system receives user input associated with the user input fields of the query region to form a filter set. The data results region is automatically updated responsive to the user input, to display one or more data values from among one or more databases associated with the filter set. The system receives a subscription request to save the filter set as a user-customized query. A custom symbol is created responsive to the subscription request that is associated with the filter set. The selectable symbol region is updated to display the custom symbol together with the predefined symbols.

Abstract: Systems and methods for aggregating data. The system is configured to receive metadata from an interactive graphical user interface (GUI) of a user device, aggregate field values from the data stored on one or more databases based on the received metadata and generate filter instructions based on the received metadata. The system is further configured to transmit the aggregated field values and the filter instructions to the user device, receive a user-customized filter set and subscription request for a synthetic symbol associated with the user-customized filter set from the user device, and create the synthetic symbol responsive to the subscription request. Moreover, the system aggregates one or more data values from the data stored on the databases associated with the created synthetic symbol and generates instructions to display the data values on the interactive GUI in accordance with the user-customized filter set associated with the created synthetic symbol.

Abstract: A vehicle ECU receives an ECU update package from a remote source. The ECU verifies a first timestamp included with the ECU update package postdates a second timestamp stored onboard the vehicle in conjunction with a last-successful update of the ECU and obtains a unique vehicle identifier from the vehicle bus. The ECU obtains secure configuration data for the ECU included in a payload of the update package and calculates a first hash value using at least the unique vehicle identifier and the secure configuration data. Also, the ECU validates the update package based on comparison of the first hash value matching a second hash value included in the update package and, responsive to the first timestamp post-dating the second timestamp and validation of the update package, modifies the ECU through use of the secure configuration data.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to managing services by a managed service provider (MSP) in a cloud based infrastructure. A control plane of the MSP is established in a first tenancy, and a first access plane of the MSP is established in a second tenancy of a cloud environment. The control plane is configured to manage a plurality of services offered by the MSP to a first host machine included in the second tenancy. A first request is transmitted from the control plane to the first access plane, where the first request is forwarded by the first access plane to the first host machine, and corresponds to a service utilized by the first host machine and managed by the control plane of the MSP. In response to the first request being validated, a first state of the first host machine is modified in the second tenancy based on the first request.

Abstract: Described is a system and method for presenting event information to a user and, if necessary, obtaining confirmation of different aspects (user, item, action) of the event. In some implementations, an event includes a user, an action, and an item. For example, an event may include a user picking an item from an inventory location, a user placing an item into a tote associated with the user, etc. If the aspects of the event cannot be determined with a high enough degree of confidence, a user interface may be generated and sent to the user requesting confirmation of one or more of the aspects of the event.

Abstract: The present application is directed to agents that bind an epitope specific to a ?3 ?? TCR. Such agents can be, but are not limited to, an antibody or fragment thereof. Also described herein are methods for using the agents, e.g., to expand or selectively expand ?3 ?? T cells. Also described herein are methods of using expanded ?3 ?? In particular embodiments, the pivot point may be positioned somewhat centered along a length of the belt. In particular embodiments, a seesaw arrangement may provide a central pivot point, providing a moment arm to the motor while decreasing a moment arm caused by the load (e.g., a runner). In this way, an apparent load on a motor providing incline and decline to the running surface may be reduced.

Abstract: A novel maize variety designated X18T160 and seed, plants and plant parts thereof are produced by crossing inbred maize varieties. Methods for producing a maize plant by crossing hybrid maize variety X18T160 with another maize plant are disclosed. Methods for producing a maize plant containing in its genetic material one or more traits introgressed into X18T160 through backcrossing or genetic transformation, and to the maize seed, plant and plant part produced thereby are described. Maize variety X18T160, the seed, the plant produced from the seed, and variants, mutants, and minor modifications of maize variety X18T160 are provided. Methods for producing maize varieties derived from maize variety X18T160 and methods of using maize variety X18T160 are disclosed.
