  • Publication number: 20240239549
Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to a device used to stabilize the storing of collectable comic books, magazines or other periodicals inside a receptacle that may or may not be designed specifically for the storage of such collectables. The device can be utilized on receptacles that are marketed for the exact purpose of storing collectable periodicals, as well as any other receptacle that allows the device's installation clips to fit over its outer walls. The device can be size adjusted to fit narrow or wide receptacles without puncturing. Once installed, the device prevents periodicals from falling back or forward into the void of a less-than-full receptacle, preventing damage to the condition of the collectibles. The low-profile of the device allows a receptacle's existing lid or cover to be utilized without interference.

  • Patent number: 12041182
Abstract: Tracking component configuration is provided. A central gateway is in communication with ECUs over one or more vehicle buses. The central gateway generates a first digest of first software updates installed to the ECUs, the first digest including a manifest of changes performed to the ECUs and a first hash of a subset of the first software updates. A signature is embedded into the first digest, the signature including a first digest hash of the first digest. The first digest is maintained to a non-transitory storage of the central gateway as a non-reputable record of the installation of the software updates.

  • Patent number: 12038914
Abstract: Systems and methods for generating a data aggregator interactive graphical user interface. An interactive graphical user interface (GUI) includes a selectable symbol region, a query region and a data results region. The selectable symbol region displays predefined symbols. The query region displays user input fields for generating queries. The system receives user input associated with the user input fields of the query region to form a filter set. The data results region is automatically updated responsive to the user input, to display one or more data values from among one or more databases associated with the filter set. The system receives a subscription request to save the filter set as a user-customized query. A custom symbol is created responsive to the subscription request that is associated with the filter set. The the selectable symbol region is updated to display the custom symbol together with the predefined symbols.

  • Patent number: 12032964
Abstract: A computer-implemented method is presented. The method comprises sequentially receiving a plurality of utterance prefixes, each sequentially received utterance prefix derived from a progressively longer incomplete portion of a full user utterance. For each sequentially received utterance prefix, a complete dataflow program is predicted based on the utterance prefix. The complete dataflow program includes a plurality of program nodes to be executed to satisfy the full user utterance. One or more program nodes are selected from the predicted complete dataflow program to speculatively execute based on at least the utterance prefix.

  • Patent number: 12026635
Abstract: Described is a system and method for proactively determining and resolving events having low confidence scores and/or resolving disputed events. For example, when an event, such as a pick of an item from an inventory location within a materials handling facility occurs, the event aspects (e.g., user involved in the event, item involved in the event, action performed) are determined based on information provided from one or more input components (e.g., camera, weight sensor). If each event aspect cannot be determined with a high degree of confidence, the event information is provided to an associate for resolution.

  • Patent number: 12019755
Abstract: Systems, methods, and storage media for determining the probability of cyber risk-related loss within one or more computing systems composed of computing elements are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: assess vulnerability by determining an exposure window for a computing element based on the number of discrete times within a given time frame where the computing element is in a vulnerable state; determine a frequency of contact of the computing element with threat actors; normalize the exposure window and the frequency of contact; calculate a threat event frequency by dividing the normalized exposure window by the normalized frequency of contact; and repeat the steps for multiple elements. When combined with liability data that describes the loss magnitude implications of these events ,organizations can prioritize the elements based on loss exposure and take action to prevent loss exposure.

  • Patent number: 12020304
Abstract: Described is a system and method for presenting event information to a user and, if necessary, obtaining confirmation of different aspects (user, item, action) of the event. In some implementations, an event includes a user, an action, and an item. For example, an event may include a user picking an item from an inventory location, a user placing an item into a tote associated with the user, etc. if the aspects of the event cannot be determined with a high enough degree of confidence, a user interface may be generated and sent to the user requesting confirmation of one or more of the aspects of the event.

  • Publication number: 20240202518
Abstract: Examples are disclosed that related to synthesizing a dataset of utterances in an automated manner using a computer while preserving user privacy. The synthesized dataset of utterances is usable to train a machine learning model. In one example, a differentially private parse tree generation model is trained based at least on private parse trees of a private utterance-parse tree dataset. A differentially private parse-to-utterance model is trained based at least on private utterances and corresponding private parse trees of the private utterance-parse tree dataset. A synthesized parse tree dataset is generated. The synthesized parse tree dataset includes synthesized parse trees sampled at random from the trained differentially private parse tree generation model. A synthesized utterance dataset is generated, via the trained differentially private parse-to-utterance model.

  • Patent number: 12014446
Abstract: A computing system for generating predicted images along a trajectory of unseen viewpoints. The system can obtain one or more spatial observations of an environment that may be captured from one or more previous camera poses. The system can generate a three-dimensional point cloud for the environment from the one or more spatial observations and the one or more previous camera poses. The system can project the three-dimensional point cloud into two-dimensional space to form one or more guidance spatial observations. The system can process the one or more guidance spatial observations with a machine-learned spatial observation prediction model to generate one or more predicted spatial observations. The system can process the one or more predicted spatial observations and image data with a machine-learned image prediction model to generate one or more predicted images from the target camera pose. The system can output the one or more predicted images.

  • Publication number: 20240188829
Abstract: A near-infrared spectroscopy system for monitoring human physiology in activities related to aircraft comprises a substrate, a light source emitting a set of wavelengths, an optical detector detecting the set of wavelengths, a processor in electronic communication with the light source bank and/or the optical detector, and a memory device in electronic communication with the processor. The light source bank, optical detector, processor, and memory device are mounted on the substrate, and a battery is in electronic communication with at least one of these components. Program instructions direct the processor to calculate an oxygenation level, compare that oxygenation level to a predetermined threshold, and optionally, activate a feedback device. A method of detecting an oxygenation level comprises mounting the system in a wearable article, calculating a baseline oxygenation level, regularly executing the program instructions to calculate the oxygenation level, and activating the feedback device.
