  • Publication number: 20200189481
Abstract: A motorcycle transporter includes a main frame comprising a hitch connection to couple to a tow hitch on a tow vehicle. A front tire carrier assembly is coupled to the main frame through a lift and comprises a rear tilting cradle hingedly coupled to a forward stationary cradle, each formed into a channel shaped to receive a motorcycle tire. The stationary cradle is coupled to the lift, a cradle side rail latch housing and a corresponding side rail latch coupled to the cradles to lock the rear tilting cradle in an open position and in a closed position. The open position enables the motorcycle tire to roll into the channel at ground level. The closed position restrains the motorcycle tire in the channel. The lift is arranged to raise the cradle from the ground level.

  • Patent number: 10384704
Abstract: A steerable, self-propelled cart for safely delivering heavy loads, such as concrete, within job sites with unlevel, irregular, or sloped terrain. A cargo bucket is tiltable over front drive wheels for transporting and dumping cargo. Hydraulic drive motors driven by a hydraulic pump propel rear wheels at a selectable speed. Steering handlebars rotate a steering column that turns the rear wheels. A throttle cable extending from the handlebars controls the throttle setting by pivoting a throttle lever mounted on the hydraulic pump. Limiting linkages extend from flanges on an anchor bracket secured to the steering column to a bridge on the throttle lever. As the steering column rotates, the limit linkages are wound partially about it, pivoting the throttle lever by pulling on the bridge, reducing pump speed. Heavy steering displacements will retract the throttle lever to reduce cart speed notwithstanding the previous speed setting chosen by the operator via the cable.

  • Patent number: 10340251
Abstract: In making electronic component packages, a method includes forming a sacrificial material over a first temporary substrate, applying a second temporary substrate to the sacrificial material, and then curing the sacrificial material. After curing, the second temporary substrate is removed. The top surface of the sacrificial layer is defined by the second temporary substrate. After removal, a redistribution structure is formed on the top surface. After the formation of the redistribution structure, electronic components are applied to the redistribution structure. The electronic components are encapsulated to form an encapsulated panel. The first temporary substrate and the sacrificial material are removed. The panel is singulated into multiple electronic component packages.

  • Publication number: 20190195705
Abstract: A platform load sensing system connected between a boom and a platform includes an upper bearing link connecting the boom side to the platform side, and a lower bearing link connecting the boom side to the platform side. The upper and lower bearing links are configured to allow for relative motion between the boom side and the platform side. A load member is secured to the platform side between the upper and lower bearing links, and a load cell is secured to the boom side. A load moment on the platform side is functionally eliminated by the upper and lower bearing links, and a vertical load on the platform side is transferred through the load member to the load cell.

  • Patent number: 10333425
Abstract: An ideal diode circuit is described which uses an NMOS transistor as a low-loss ideal diode. The control circuit for the transistor is referenced to the anode voltage and not to ground, so the control circuitry may be low voltage circuitry, even if the input voltage is very high, referenced to earth ground. A capacitor is clamped to about 10-20V, referenced to the anode voltage. The clamped voltage powers a differential amplifier for the detecting if the anode voltage is greater than the cathode voltage. The capacitor is charged to the clamped voltage during normal operation of the ideal diode by controlling the conductivity of a second transistor coupled between the cathode and the capacitor, enabling the circuit to be used with a wide range of frequencies and voltages. All voltages applied to the differential amplifier are equal to or less than the clamped voltage.

  • Patent number: RE47620
Abstract: One embodiment of the present invention provides a system that ensures an allowable client configuration for an application. During operation, the client sends a request to access the application to a server hosting the application. In response the request, the server downloads an analysis application to the client. Next, the client executes the analysis application, whereby the analysis application gathers configuration data that specifies a present configuration of the client. The system examines this configuration data to determine whether the client has a configuration that allows the application to execute on the client based on pre-established criteria. If the client has an allowable configuration, the system allows the client to execute the application.
