  • Publication number: 20250130800
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a network of federated computing nodes in which a cost matrix is distributed. Each node has stored thereon distribution vectors, and create an optimal transportation transfer function using the Sinkhorn-Knopp theorem. In other words, the nodes are each configured to generate updated distribution vectors using the cost matrix shared amongst the nodes and their own distribution vectors. The updated distribution vectors of every node is thereafter used to create the optimal transportation transfer function by concatenating the updated distribution vectors received from each node. This approach can be centralized in a star-network architecture, or in a peer-to-peer-network architecture. Furthermore, the approach may be synchronous or asynchronous depending on the implementation.

  • Publication number: 20250131292
Abstract: In some implementations, a machine learning system may receive a set of first data structures associated with a set of users, may receive a set of second data structures associated with a set of entities, and may receive event information associated with the set of users and the set of entities. The machine learning system may generate an embedding space that represents the set of first data structures, the set of second data structures, and the event information. The machine learning system may disregard a portion of the set of second data structures, using a condition, in order to generate a subset of second data structures. The machine learning system may identify at least one relevant entity, from the subset of second data structures, using the embedding space. The machine learning system may generate a communication, associated with the at least one relevant entity, and may output the communication.

  • Publication number: 20250131662
Abstract: A digital model is generated of a debris location where the digital model includes an augmented reality overlay of the debris location. Digital data from sensors at a debris field is received at a computer, and the digital data depicts debris in the debris field. Materials in the debris field are detected and identified based on the detected materials in the debris field. Layers of materials in the debris field are identified. A digital model is generated of the materials in the debris field including in the layers. Using the computer and an augmented reality (AR) device, an augmented reality overlay is generated based on the digital model of the materials in the debris fields. The augmented reality overlay is superimposed over the digital model of the materials in the debris field to indicate the materials in the debris field and the materials in the layers of the debris field.

  • Publication number: 20250131512
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer readable media for predictively determining a risk of damage to a property are provided. To determine the risk, a high resolution virtual model of a region that includes the property is obtained. The virtual model is imported into a simulation environment. One or more of the simulation parameters are set based on historic weather data for the region. For example, each parameter may be associated with a probability distribution derived based on the historic weather data that is sampled prior to executing the simulation. One or more simulations are executed in accordance with the sampled inputs to simulate the likely weather patterns the property will experience. The result of the simulation is analyzed to determine the predicted risk of damage to the property.
