    Abstract: The present invention provides a route for synthesizing monofunctional thiuram compounds that is safe, environmentally friendly, and cost effective. This method specifically involves synthesizing a monofunctional thiuram by (1) reacting a tetraorganylthiuram disulfide with an organyl mercaptan to produce the monofunctional thiuram and a dithiocarbamate metal salt or a dithiocarbamate metalloid salt under basic conditions, (2) separating the monofunctional thiuram in an organic phase from the dithiocarbamate metal salt or the dithiocarbamate metalloid salt in an aqueous phase, and (3) recovering the monofunctional thiuram from the aqueous phase. The monofunctional thiuram compounds made in accordance with this invention are of particular value as accelerators for use in the vulcanization of rubber. The use of these monofunctional thiuram compounds as accelerators provides good cure rates and as well as good scorch safety.

    Abstract: A railway self-generating express freight car bogie has a wheel-axle assembly, frame, journal box suspension device, bolster, foundation brake, side bearing, empty/load auto-adjustment equipment, central suspension device, longitudinal traction device, vertical damper and lateral damper. An axle-end generator is connected at the outer end of an axle of the wheel-axle assembly, the rotor part of the axle-end generator is connected to the end bearing of the wheel-axle assembly by the axle-end bolts, and the stator part is connected to the mount of the journal box suspension devices. The bogie is designed according to the zero-wear concept, and a large number of rubber components and hydraulic dampers are used to improve the lateral stability, linear stability and curve passing performance of the car, so that the bogie is highly adaptable to railway lines, and can meet the operating requirements within 160 km/h and reduce the workload of bogie operation and maintenance.

A method to label an incoming phone call includes detecting the incoming phone call associated with a caller identifier (ID), determining a location associated with the call, and analyzing a call header of the call to determine one or more call characteristics. The method further includes determining, based on the location and the call characteristics, if the location is spoofed and determining, based on the caller ID and the call characteristics, if an access network associated with the call is spoofed. The method further includes applying a trained machine learning model to determine whether the call is a robocall.
