    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device includes forming a photoresist layer over a substrate, including combining a first precursor and a second precursor in a vapor state to form a photoresist material, and depositing the photoresist material over the substrate. A protective layer is formed over the photoresist layer. The photoresist layer is selectively exposed to actinic radiation through the protective layer to form a latent pattern in the photoresist layer. The protective layer is removed, and the latent pattern is developed by applying a developer to the selectively exposed photoresist layer to form a pattern.

    Abstract: A method for forming a semiconductor structure is provided. The method includes forming a photoresist layer over a substrate. The photoresist layer includes a polymer, a photoacid initiator and a crosslinker containing at least two crosslinking sites. The photoresist layer is then cured to crosslink the polymer, thereby forming a crosslinked polymer. Next, the photoresist layer is exposed to a radiation. An acid produced from exposure of the photoacid generator de-crosslinks the crosslinked polymer in exposed portions of the photoresist layer. The exposed portions of the photoresist layer are subsequently removed to form a patterned photoresist layer.

As such, when a display driving operation and a fingerprint identification operation are performed in a time-division manner, the influence of the display driving operation on the fingerprint identification operation can be eliminated, that is, the influence on the fingerprint identification result from the voltage on the data line and sensing line can be eliminated.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein are novel synthetic polypeptides and uses thereof in the preparation of liposomes. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, the synthetic polypeptide comprises a membrane lytic motif, a masking motif, and a linker configured to link the membrane lytic motif and the masking motif. The linker is cleavable by a stimulus, such as, light, protease, or phosphatase. Once being coupled to a liposome, the exposure to the stimulus cleaves the linker that results in the separation of the masking motif from the membrane lytic motif, which in turn exerts membrane lytic activity on the liposome that leads to the collapse of the intact structure of the liposome, and releases the agent encapsulated in the liposome to the target site. Also disclosed herein are methods of diagnosing or treating a disease in a subject by use of the present liposomes.

By the heating process, at least a portion of the polysaccharide is conversed into the graphene-like nanosheet, thereby forming a graphene-like nanosheet-embedded phenolic-polysaccharide nanogel that has exceptional polyphenolic structure and high binding affinity toward thrombin.
