  • Publication number: 20190132201
Abstract: Methods for distributed dynamic sizing and load self-management for a relay infrastructure. In one method, a relay in a relay infrastructure determines whether a current load level of the relay reaches an expansion level of the relay and whether an overload condition of the relay infrastructure is satisfied, and the relay initiates an expansion process in response to the determination. In another method, a relay in a relay infrastructure determines whether in response to determining that an underload condition of the relay infrastructure is satisfied, and the relay initiates a contraction process in response to the determination. In yet another method, a relay in a relay infrastructure determines whether a tolerance-load condition of the relay infrastructure is satisfied, and the relay in initiates a load self-management process in response to the determination.

  • Publication number: 20190081414
Abstract: A multi-band antenna array includes a plurality of first antennas for resonating at a first band, and a plurality of second antennas for resonating at a second band. A frequency of the second band is higher than a frequency of the first band. Locations of the plurality of first antennas project to a plurality of grid-one positions on a surface; locations of the plurality of second antennas project to a plurality of grid-two positions on the surface. Among the grid-one positions, a second grid-one position is nearest to a first grid-one position by a first distance along a first direction. Among the grid-two positions, a first grid-two position and a second grid-two position are closest two to the first grid-one position. The first and second grid-two positions are separated by a second distance along a second direction; and, the first direction and the second direction are nonparallel.

  • Patent number: 10222436
Abstract: A gradient coil comprises a curved conductor, which is tubular and has a general spiral shape. The curved conductor is formed by a process comprising depositing at least one non-conductive material layer by layer to form a substrate, and coating at least a portion of a surface of the substrate with a conductive material. The substrate has a shape matching with the general spiral shape of the curved conductor. Embodiments of the present disclosure further refer to a method for manufacturing the gradient coil.

  • Patent number: 10222264
Abstract: A standard light source color matching observation box comprises a box body, the interior space of which forms an observation chamber. The top of the observation chamber is provided with a standard light source comprising a halogen tungsten lamp under which a light filter is provided. The top of the observation chamber is further provided with an LED light. The halogen tungsten lamp emits a light ray through the light filter to be mixed with the light ray of the LED light. The illumination energy provided by a narrow-wave LED light source occupies 20% or less of the total radiation energy. The quality of the compensated light source of the invention is lower than <0.2 A level according to the metamerism index specified by D illuminant of the CIE standard. An object to be measured undergoes a color measurement by the compensated light ray to ensure accuracy of long-time color measurement.

  • Patent number: 10191512
Abstract: A heating plate is included in an electronic device which also includes a processor, a detecting unit, and a battery. The detecting unit detects values of electrical current in certain parts of the electronic device. The processor determines whether any of the detected values falls within a predetermined range. If the detected value falls within a predetermined range, the processor enables a connection between the battery and the heating plate to cause the heating plate to micro-heat the electronic device to promote or accelerate the evaporation of water or moisture in the electronic device. A method for water and moisture disposal by internal heating is also provided.
