  • Publication number: 20200334498
Abstract: An approach is provided that receives event data that correspond to detected activities performed by a user on one of a set of one or more computer systems. The detected activities are performed by the user over a time duration. The approach analyzes the event data using time-based models. Each of the time-based models correspond to a different time interval that is included in the time duration. The analysis results in time-based risk scores pertaining to the user for each of the different time intervals. An action is then performed based on an overall security risk score of the user with the overall security risk score of the user being calculated based on the different time-based risk scores.

Abstract: Optimizing containerized applications includes receiving managed runtime code, creating a first container within a managed runtime environment, and executing the managed runtime code in the first container within the managed runtime environment. Responsive to a determination that the managed runtime environment has performed at least one optimization of the managed runtime code to create optimized managed runtime code during a first lifetime of the managed runtime environment, the first container is checkpointed into a first memory image to create a first checkpointed container including the optimized managed runtime code. The first checkpointed container is stored.

  • Publication number: 20200202246
Abstract: A distributed computing system is provided. Both a first computing node and a second computing node in the distributed computing system store information about a name, a size, and a communication peer side identifier of a first data flow graph parameter in a data flow graph. The first computing node stores the first data flow graph parameter, where the first computing node and the second computing node generate respective triplets based on same interface parameter generation algorithms and information about the first data flow graph parameter that are stored in the respective nodes. The triplet is used as an interface parameter of a message passing interface (MPI) primitive that is used to transmit the first data flow graph parameter between the first computing node and the second computing node.
