Abstract: A positioning structure includes a positioning base, a positioning member, a mounting member, a ball, and an elastic member. The positioning base defines a fastening hole. The positioning member is positioned in the fastening hole. The mounting member includes a fixing portion and an assembling portion extending from the fixing portion. The assembling portion is inserted into the positioning member. The fixing portion defines a receiving groove extending to the assembling portion. The assembling portion defines an exposing hole communicating with the receiving groove. The ball is received in the exposing hole. The elastic member is movably inserted into the receiving groove, and resists the ball to be partly exposed from the exposing hole to abut the positioning member, which enable the positioning base to be positioned on the machining device. The present disclosure further provides a machining device using the positioning structure.

Abstract: A feeding device includes a bottom plate defining a feeding hole, at least one first feeding mechanism, and at least one second feeding mechanism. The first feeding mechanism includes a first driving member mounted on the bottom plate, a first connection member connected to the first driving member, and a plurality of first support members. The first support member is mounted on the first connection member spaced from each other along a longitudinal direction of the first connection member, for supporting the workpieces. The second feeding mechanism has a similar structure to that of the first feeding mechanism. The first connection member and the second connection member are positioned above the bottom plate adjacent to each other. Each second support member is staggeredly positioned above one corresponding first support member.

The sliding member is slidably sleeved on the guiding member. The telescoping member is mounted on the sliding member. The catcher is mounted on the telescoping member for clamping a workpiece on the first transferring assembly.

Abstract: A size inspection device includes a detecting platform, a positioning assembly, four first detecting assemblies, four second detecting assemblies, a third detecting assembly, and a controller. The detecting platform includes a mounting plate. The positioning assembly is detachably mounted on the mounting plate for holding the workpiece on the detecting platform. The controller is electronically connected to the first detecting assemblies, the second detecting assemblies, and the third detecting assembly. The four first detecting assemblies and the four second detecting assemblies are slidably mounted on the mounting plate and are capable of obtaining a first moving distance and a second moving distance respectively. The third detecting assembly is mounted on the mounting plate and is capable of obtaining a third moving distance. The controller obtains the moving distances and determines whether or not the workpiece is of passing or failing quality.

The grasping assembly includes a fixing member mounted on the conveyer system, a second driving member mounted on the fixing member, a third driving member mounted on the second driving member, and a pair of catches. The catches are positioned at opposite ends of the third driving member. The jig includes a top cover and a bottom cover engaged with the top cover. The jig is transferred on the conveyor system.

The combined motion of the carriage (42) and the vibrating blade (62) slices samples from the specimen extruded by the feeding mechanism (20), which permits consistent and uniformly thick samples with minimal surface irregularities, especially for large specimens. In one example, a device may include an interface circuit for data transmission, and an interface detection module adapted to determine a characteristic of a data transfer over the interface circuit. The device may implement an optimization profile for the device based upon the determined characteristic. Further, a device may be configured to measure a data transfer rate, determine an interface type based on the data transfer rate, and implement an optimization profile based on the interface type. Abstract: Method for enhancing in a mammalian cell the activity of an enzyme associated with Gaucher Disease by administering a competitive inhibitor of glucocerebrosidase in an amount effective to enhance the activity of the enzyme. Preferred compounds for use in the method are imino sugars and related compounds. In particular, C8-12-alkyl derivatives of N-alkyl-deoxynojirimycin, isofagomine compounds, and calystegine compounds are effective to enhance glucocerebrosidase activity.
