The method includes etching the semiconductor material layer to define an opening. The method includes depositing a dielectric material into the opening to define a first deep trench isolation (DTI), wherein the first DTI extends through the first doped well. The method includes etching the first DTI to define a contact opening. The method includes filling the contact opening with a thermally conductive material to define a first thermal contact, wherein the thermal contact is in direct contact with the substrate; and the first DTI is between the thermal contact and the first doped well.

    Abstract: The techniques disclosed herein provide intelligent display of auditory world experiences. Specialized AI models are configured to display integrated visualizations for different aspects of the auditory signals that may be communicated during an event, such as a meeting, chat session, etc. For instance, a system can use a sentiment recognition model to identify specific characteristics of a speech input, such as volume or tone, provided by a participant. The system can also use a speech recognition model to identify keywords that can be used to distinguish portions of a transcript that are displayed. The system can also utilize an audio recognition model that is configured to analyze non-speech audio sounds for the purposes of identifying non-speech events. The system can then integrate the user interface attributes, distinguished portions of the transcript, and visual indicators describing the non-speech events.

    Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for smart audio segmentation using look-ahead based acousto-linguistic features. For example, systems and methods are provided for obtaining audio, processing the audio, identifying a potential segmentation boundary within the audio, and determining whether to generate a segment break at the potential segmentation boundary. One or more look-ahead words occurring after the potential segmentation boundary are identified, wherein an acoustic segmentation score and a language segmentation score associated with the potential segmentation boundary and the one or more look-ahead words are generated. Systems then either refrain from generating a segment break at the potential segmentation boundary or generate the segment break at the potential segmentation boundary based on the acoustic and/or language segmentation score at least meeting or exceeding a segmentation score threshold.

One or more descriptions that describe a plurality of transactions are generated based on a sequence of nodes in a set of nodes identified in a corresponding transaction of the plurality of transactions. The set of nodes represents features of the corresponding transaction. A plurality of instances is identified from the descriptions, and each instance may include a substructure including two or more nodes connected via at least one edge. For each instance, a key and a value are generated based on a hash for the instance to generate a hash map. A specific transaction is classified as an abnormal transaction based on a particular key that is excluded from the hash map.

A main model is trained with keyword independent baseline training data. In some instances, acoustic and language model sub-components of the main model are modified with new TTS training data. In some instances, the new TTS training is obtained from a multi-speaker neural TTS system for a keyword that is underrepresented in the baseline training data. In some instances, the new TTS training data is used for pronunciation learning and normalization of keyword dependent confidence scores in keyword spotting (KWS) applications. In some instances, the new TTS training data is used for rapid speaker adaptation in speech recognition models.

The positive electrode material for lithium-ion batteries comprises a polymer additive as shown in Formula I or II, the polymer additive has an average molecular weight of 10,000 to 1,000,000, preferably 100,000 to 500,000, and more preferably 300,000, and an addition amount of the polymer additive is 0.001 wt % to 0.1 wt %, preferably 0.01 wt %. By adding the polymer additive as shown in Formula I or II, lithium carbonate in the positive electrode material is better dispersed, a CID is turned on faster, and the lithium-ion batteries thus have better protection against overcharge.

Pixel information of two continuous frames of pictures is obtained from a host end in the system, and optical flow is obtained by calculation by means of the steps such as smoothing processing, polynomial expansion, intermediate variable calculation, optical flow calculation. An image pyramid and iterative optical flow calculation can be achieved by repeatedly calling a calculation core module in the FPGA; a final calculation result is returned to the host end.
