Video encoding is performed on the first compressed video image to obtain a transmission video image, and then the transmission video image is transmitted to a client and video decoding is performed on the transmission video image to restore the transmission video image into a second compressed video image. The second compressed video image is decompressed to obtain a display video image.

The temperature of the infrared emitter can be determined by printing or depositing a temperature sensing material with a temperature sensor function on the infrared emitter itself and detecting the resistance of the temperature sensing material.

A structure of the three-phase three-leg grid-connected inverter is improved, so that a filter capacitor (C1, C2, and C3) is connected to a negative electrode of a direct current input bus to form a harmonic bypass circuit. Inverter devices connected in parallel in the system operate stably without increase of inductance of an inductor (L1, L2, L3). In addition, the three-phase three-leg grid-connected inverter according to the present disclosure operates in a discontinuous mode of inductor current (iL1, iL2, and iL3). That is, in the process that a power switch transistor (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, Q5 and Q6) on bridge legs is turned on, the inductor current (iL1, iL2, and iL3) drops to zero.

    Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices are provided for generating and using text-to-speech (TTS) data for improved speech recognition models. A main model is trained with keyword independent baseline training data. In some instances, acoustic and language model sub-components of the main model are modified with new TTS training data. In some instances, the new TTS training is obtained from a multi-speaker neural TTS system for a keyword that is underrepresented in the baseline training data. In some instances, the new TTS training data is used for pronunciation learning and normalization of keyword dependent confidence scores in keyword spotting (KWS) applications. In some instances, the new TTS training data is used for rapid speaker adaptation in speech recognition models.
