The system also includes an in-coupling element configured to couple an input image light into the waveguide as the in-coupled image light. The system also includes a plurality of partial reflectors at least partially embedded inside the waveguide. The system further includes an in-plane relay at least partially embedded inside the waveguide and disposed between the in-coupling element and the partial reflectors. The in-plane relay includes a plurality of cylindrical reflectors. The in-plane relay is configured to convert the in-coupled image light received from the in-coupling element into a relayed image light.

The method for accomplish real-time ground fusion includes: S1 of obtaining a disparity map about a same road scenario, and converting a disparity map in a target region into a 3D point cloud; S2 of performing pose conversion on a current frame and a next frame adjacent to the current frame, and performing inverse conversion on a 3D point cloud of the current frame; and S3 of repeating S2 with each frame in the target region as the current frame, so as to achieve ground fusion. Through the conversion and fusion of adjacent frames, holes caused by the projection of the disparity map can be filled to assist driving and output accurate height data, thereby improving comfortableness.

The membranes are provided on the surface of a conveyor belt that circulates the membranes through the surrounding body of water for oil collection, as well as through an internal reduction chamber of the vessel for oil release. The smart membranes are adapted to attract and repel oil in response to low-voltage commands applied across the conveyor belt, using a process that is repeatable for a number of cycles, offering high efficiency and long durability. Segments of the conveyor belt can be electrically isolated from one another to allow disparate electrical potentials to be imposed thereon.
