    Abstract: A winding battery cell, a cylindrical battery, and an electric device. The winding battery cell comprises an electrode sheet. The electrode sheet comprises an active material coating portion and a tab portion. The tab portion comprises a plurality of tabs arranged in the length direction of the electrode sheet. The tab portion of a winding starting section is a first tab portion. The first tab portion comprises a plurality of first tabs. The edge of the side of the first tabs facing a reel hole in a winding direction is a first side edge. The first side edge obliquely extends towards a winding tail end in the direction from the active material coating portion toward the tab portion. In the direction of the active material coating portion toward the tab portion, the height of each first tab extending out of the active material coating portion is a first height. In the winding direction, the heights of the plurality of first tabs increase.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a multi-party semi-supervised learning method for recommending potential users of financial products, and falls within the field of big data recommendation. To address the challenge faced by financial product providers who possess only positive labeled data and thus cannot perform effective customer recommendation, the method conducts multiple rounds of random sampling on unlabeled data from multiple other parties while preserving data privacy and security. Through this process, multiple balanced binary classification datasets comprising both positive and pseudo-negative samples are constructed. Based on each balanced dataset, a vertical federated learning model is then trained using a base estimator. Based on the collective prediction results generated by the vertical federated learning models, reliable positive samples are identified from the unlabeled data.

A pressure relief portion is arranged on the elastic sealing member, and the pressure relief portion is configured to rupture when the pressure in the accommodating cavity is greater than a pressure relief threshold, so as to release the pressure in the battery.

The method solves the problem of difficult root regeneration for the Brassica crop, and enables species with a poor root regeneration ability to achieve efficient transformation.
