    Abstract: In a rail detection system, a traveling mechanism and a horizontal moving mechanism move a detection device accurately to a position directly above a position to be detected by moving parallel to an extension direction of the rail. A vertical lifting mechanism is provided with the detection device, and can drive the detection device to lift up and down. A aligning mechanism is connected with the detection device, and includes a force-bearing mechanism and a follow-up mechanism. The force-bearing mechanism is configured to generate a force along a direction perpendicular to the extension direction of the rail when being in a non-aligned position. Under the condition of being forced, the follow-up mechanism makes an adaptive adjustment movement along the direction perpendicular to the extension direction of the rail so that the detection device is aligned with a center of the rail.

The welding torch is affixed to the connection member at a first point and the oscillation shaft is affixed to the connection member at a second point. An extension of the axis of the oscillation shaft intersects with the axis of the welding torch at an intersection point. The distance from the intersection point to the tip of the electrode is less than a distance from the first point on the connection member to the tip of the electrode. During operation, the oscillation in the oscillation shaft is transferred through the connection member to the welding torch and causes pendulum type oscillations in the welding torch with the intersection point serving as the pivot point of the oscillation.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method and device for forming a groove on an electrode plate. The method for forming a groove on an electrode plate includes: thinning an active material layer by a laser method, where the active material layer is located in a to-be-grooved area of the electrode plate; and removing the thinned active material layer by a physical removal method to form an accommodating groove that exposes the current collector layer. By adopting a combination of the laser method and the physical removal method, the present disclosure, the present disclosure, on the one hand, can quickly remove the active material layer in the to-be-grooved area, and on the other hand, can avoid damaging the current collector layer. This ensures the processing precision, speeds up the production and improves the product yield.

The present disclosure is applied to signal adjustment of the timing controller.

    Abstract: The invention pertains to a lipid-based microbubble stably binding a plurality of nucleic acids, and a method of delivering the microbubble and nucleic acids to a specific target site using ultrasound. The delivered nucleic acids create transgenic cells (i.e., for example, a transgenic tumor cell), wherein the transgenic cell expresses the proteins encoded by the delivered nucleic acids. This technology provides a significant improvement for microbubble-drug delivery platforms as known microbubble do not efficiently bind nucleic acids. The improvements described herein include but are not limited to identifying proper lipid proportionality ratios and/or cationic surfactant layers that provide an optimum mechanical index compatible with ultrasonics. Microbubble perfusion and/or nucleic acid delivery may be performed by a combination of imaging and ultrasound/microbubble targeted delivery to simultaneously perform low power two-dimensional imaging and high power microbubble destruction.

    Abstract: A method for quantitative analysis of a cavity at the top of a concrete-filled steel tube is disclosed. By substitution of the determined inner radius of the steel tube, the thickness of the steel tube wall and the propagation speed of ultrasonic waves in the steel tube and in the concrete, the propagation time of the ultrasonic wave between the top and the bottom of the concrete-filled steel tube enables calculation of the height of the cavity. The method can be used to quantify the cavity height at the top of the concrete-filled steel tube, with small relative errors and high accuracy.
