  • Patent number: 11915137
Abstract: An urban data prediction method based on a generative causal interpretation model is provided. The generative causal interpretation model includes exogenous variables, spatio-temporal conditional parent variables, controlled causal transition functions, and spatio-temporal mixing functions. By inferring the model's exogenous variables, causal descriptors, spatio-temporal conditional parent variables, and other causal latent variables from the observation data and fitting the corresponding functions such as the controlled causal transfer function and the spatio-temporal mixing function, the invention can predict the spatio-temporal data in city level based on the model. The observation data of the urban complex system can be decomposed into causal descriptors with physical meanings. Under the influence of stable causal structure, the robustness and applicability of the model can be improved, so that the prediction results are more in line with the operation of urban complex systems.

  • Publication number: 20240030981
Abstract: This application discloses a channel state information feedback method and a communication apparatus. The method includes: determining channel state information based on a first codebook, and sending the channel state information. The first codebook is determined based on a channel represented by one or more spatial-frequency domain column vectors, and the one or more spatial-frequency domain column vectors indicate the channel in joint spatial-frequency domain. In this solution, the first codebook may be determined based on the channel represented by the one or more spatial-frequency domain column vectors. Because the one or more spatial-frequency domain column vectors may represent the channel in joint spatial-frequency domain, that is, the first codebook represents the channel based on joint spatial-frequency domain, a joint spatial-frequency domain feature may be fully used, to explore a sparse feature of the channel, thereby improving system performance.

  • Publication number: 20240029402
Abstract: An intelligent method for efficiently classifying concrete cracks from large amounts of image data is proposed, named inverted residual (IR) 7-Efficient Channel Attention and Convolutional Block Attention Module (EC) network. The IR7-EC network consists of a convolutional layer, seven inverted residual-ECA structures, a CBAM attention mechanism, a pooling layer, and multiple fully connected layers that are sequentially connected. The inverted residual-ECA structure consists of two components: a depthwise separable convolution-based inverted residual structure and an ECA attention mechanism. The new inverted residual structure facilitates the feature extraction of concrete cracks. Compared to conventional network structures like VGG and Resnet, the proposed IR7-EC network excels in both accuracy and efficiency. Once the IR7-EC network is fully trained, it can accurately classify various types of concrete cracks in captured images.
