    Abstract: An electromagnetic driving device defined with an X axis, a Y axis and a Z axis includes a casing, a base, a driven object, an anti-tilt mechanism and an electromagnetic driving module. The electromagnetic driving module includes at least one magnetic member and at least one coil. The base connects to the casing so as to form an inner compartment thereinside. The driven object is received and movable along the Z axis inside the inner compartment. The magnetic member fixed to the driven object can be driven by magnetic forcing generated by the respective coil fixed to the casing. With the anti-tilt mechanism to provide lateral pressing forcing to eliminate possible gap between components connecting the driven object and the casing while the driven object is moved along the Z axis inside the inner compartment, possible dynamic tilt of the moving driven object can then be diminished.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses an integrated analysis device for simultaneously detecting exhaled breath condensates (EBCs) and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in human exhaled breath. The device comprises a module for sampling, separating and enriching a detected object, an EBCs detection module and a combined VOCs detection module. The module for sampling, separating and enriching a detected object is connected with the EBCs detection module via a syringe pump for sample injection. The module for sampling, separating and enriching a detected object is connected with the combined VOCs detection module by a capillary separation column. In the present invention, it is achieved that EBCs and VOCs in human exhaled breath are simultaneously sampled, separated and condensed; the heavy metal ions, cell factors, etc.

To provide higher functionality, a microcontroller is used in the RFID, along with a battery, but the clock frequency of the microcontroller is adjusted, based on external input, to minimize battery requirements. The RFID transceiver device includes at least one sensor coupled to the microcontroller. Data from the at least one sensor is stored in non-volatile memory of the microcontroller if the battery is at a predetermined low level, and is read later when the battery is at a higher level.

    Abstract: This invention provides a method and system for inventorying wireless transponders, specifically referred to as RFID transceiver devices. The RFID transceiver devices are certifiable by a recognized standards body, such as EPCglobal, or are compatible with recognized standards but have higher functionality than typical passive RFIDs, and yet are implemented with techniques that lower cost and battery requirements. Backscatter techniques of standard passive RFIDs are used to keep cost and battery requirements low. To provide higher functionality, a microcontroller is used in the RFID, along with a battery, but the clock frequency of the microcontroller is adjusted, based on external input, to minimize battery requirements. In one embodiment, the microcontroller initially has a zero or near zero clock frequency.

The high-power pulse power supply set is coupled to the vacuum chamber, the magnetron plasma source and the holder, and a high voltage pulse power is inputted to the magnetron plasma source to generate plasma to coat a film on the surface of the workpiece.
