The bendable portion abuts the position-limiting surface of the position-limiting unit and is guided by the guiding surface to extend into the gap as the reflective sheet expands along the position-limiting surface. The present invention also provides a display device having aforementioned backlight module and a display panel.

    Abstract: A method of fabricating a semiconductor device includes etching a first trench and a second trench in an epitaxial layer over a semiconductor and forming a dielectric liner within the trenches. A photoresist layer is formed within the trenches and over the epitaxial layer and given a post-exposure bake at a first temperature. The photoresist layer is then given an adhesion-promoting bake at a greater second temperature; The photoresist layer is then removed from a top portion the trenches, thereby exposing a top portion of the dielectric liner and leaving a remaining portion of the photoresist in a bottom portion of the trenches. The exposed dielectric liner is etched, thereby leaving a remaining portion of the dielectric liner in the top portion of the trenches. The remaining portion of the photoresist is removed and the trenches are filled with a polysilicon layer.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for synthesizing an O-antigen saccharide chain of Helicobacter pylori serotype O:6 using seven glycosylation building blocks. Inexpensive and easily available D-glucosamine, D-galactose, D-mannose and L-fucose are used as starting materials, and seven glycosylation building blocks are obtained through a series of chemical reactions. The saccharide building blocks are then selectively linked together to produce O-antigen oligosaccharide chains of Helicobacter pylori serotype O:6 with different saccharide configuration through a series of glycosylation reactions. Also disclosed is a method to assemble an amino linker at the reducing end of the O-antigen saccharide chain of Helicobacter pylori serotype O:6, and the synthesized oligosaccharide chain with an amino linker can be coupled to a carrier molecule or immobilized on a matrix.

    Abstract: Pseudomonas and a use thereof are provided. The preservation number of the Pseudomonas is CGMCC No. 22583. The growth temperature of the Pseudomonas is 37-45° C. Under a medium-high temperature oil reservoir condition, the Pseudomonas can be denatured from a non-viscosity fluid to a multifunctional oil-extraction bacterial solution having both surface activity and viscoelasticity, and also has the functions of expanding the swept volume and improving the oil washing efficiency. The recovery ratio is increased by more than 20% in a physical simulation experiment.
