    Abstract: A cigarette heating device includes a cigarette holder, a heating cavity and a base which are connected in sequence. A top end of the heating cavity is communicated with the cigarette holder, the heating cavity is connected with a power supply device, and the power supply device is disposed at the base. The heating cavity includes a shell and a heating assembly for heating and baking a cigarette, the heating assembly is electrically connected with the power supply device, the shell surrounds an outer side of the heating assembly, and two ends of the shell are connected with the cigarette holder and the base, respectively. An air passage is disposed at a bottom end of the shell, and the heating cavity is communicated with an external environment through the air passage for air to enter and exit the heating cavity.

A trench dielectric layer is formed over the first surface and over bottoms and sidewalls of the trenches and a doped polysilicon layer is formed over the trench dielectric layer and within the trenches. The doped polysilicon layer is patterned to form a polysilicon bridge that connects to the polysilicon within the filled trenches and a blanket implant of a first dopant is directed to the polysilicon bridge and to the first surface. The blanket implant forms a contact region extending from the first surface into the semiconductor layer.

    Abstract: The disclosure discloses a method for chemically synthesizing a Helicobacter pylori core lipopolysaccharide oligosaccharide antigen carbohydrate chain, and belongs to the technical field of carbohydrate chemistry. The disclosure uses D-glucose, D-galactose and D-mannose as starting materials, which undergo a series of protection and deprotection reactions to prepare eight monosaccharide blocks. The eight monosaccharide block compounds as shown in formulas 2 to 9 undergo glycosylation reactions under catalysis of corresponding activating reagents, to prepare H. pylori lipopolysaccharide core oligosaccharide antigen fragments as shown in formula 1. The disclosure further combines the synthesized oligosaccharide fragments with a chip to make a carbohydrate chip, screens the optimal antigen fragments using patient serum, or combines the synthesized oligosaccharide fragments with carrier proteins to make glycoconjugates.

In the foregoing technical solution, a corresponding flowlet entry may be created only for a large flow, to perform flowlet-based load balancing on the large flow. This can reduce an entry resource used for flowlet-based load balancing, improve balance of multi-path load sharing, and effectively improve a traffic sharing effect of load balancing.
