  • Publication number: 20240077844
Abstract: Systems and methods for automated workflow include assigning a set of first targets to an uncompiled first workflow. The uncompiled first workflow specifies a first set of process modules. Each such module is associated with a subset of unit operations. Each unit operation includes a time interval and specifies an instrument. For each target in the set of first targets, the uncompiled workflow is translated into an instance of a compiled first workflow that includes a linear temporal order of unit operations. This translating resolves a branch condition, nested condition, or loop condition of the uncompiled first workflow.

  • Patent number: 11924563
Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for image processing that supports high dynamic range (HDR) photography. In some aspects, a method of generating a full-resolution HDR photograph with in-sensor zoom includes receiving first and second image data corresponding to first and second exposure captures of a scene. First and second full-resolution image frames may be generated from the first and second image data, which are subsequently processed with HDR fusion to obtain an output image frame with higher dynamic range than either the first or second image data. The first full-resolution image frame may be determined from both the first and second image data by compensating the second image data for differences between the first and second exposures. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

  • Patent number: 11916826
Abstract: Systems and techniques are disclosed to enhance the efficiency of available bandwidth between UEs and base stations. A UE transmits a sounding reference signal (SRS) to the base station. The base station characterizes the uplink channel based on the SRS received and, using reciprocity, applies the channel characterization for the downlink channel. As part of applying the channel information, the base station forms the beam to the UE based on the uplink channel information obtained from the SRS. The UE may include an array of antennas, each UE transmitting a different SRS that the base station receives and uses to characterize the downlink. Multiple UEs (or a single UE with multiple antennas) transmit SRS at the same time and frequency allocation (non-orthogonal), but with each sending its own unique SRS. Further, multiple UEs (or a single UE with multiple antennas) may send their SRS at unique time/frequency allocations (orthogonal).

  • Patent number: 11910388
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatuses for wireless communication are described. In some wireless systems (e.g., new radio (NR) systems), a system may employ fixed or variable length uplink burst regions (e.g., in an uplink-centric slot). The base station may semi-statically or dynamically configure a user equipment (UE) or group of UEs for uplink control channel transmissions within an uplink burst region. In semi-static configuration, the UE may determine the uplink control channel transmission based on values transmitted or indicated via higher-layer signaling or based on default values. In dynamic configuration, the UE may receive an indication of actual resources used by the base station in a physical layer message. The UE may transmit using an uplink control channel transmission based on the indication. In some cases, the base station may allocate code division multiplexing (CDM) groups based on which UEs are semi-statically configured and which are dynamically configured.
