    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. Generally, the described techniques provide for efficiently determining whether to transmit an uplink transmission scheduled by a semi-static grant or a dynamic uplink transmission scheduled by a dynamic grant when the dynamic uplink transmission conflicts with the uplink transmission scheduled by the semi-static grant. In particular, if a user equipment (UE) determines that a dynamic grant is received within a threshold time before an uplink transmission scheduled by a semi-static grant, the UE may transmit the uplink transmission scheduled by the semi-static grant and refrain from transmitting the dynamic transmission. Alternatively, if the UE determines that a dynamic grant is received in advance of a threshold time before an uplink transmission scheduled by a semi-static grant, the UE may transmit the dynamic transmission and refrain from transmitting the uplink transmission scheduled by the semi-static grant.

    Abstract: Device detection in networks with mixed mobility devices is discussed. Devices in the network first determine a discovery mode from a plurality of discovery modes, wherein the determining is based on a mobility state of the wireless device. The device identifies a set of resources associated with the determined discovery mode, wherein each of the plurality of discovery modes is provisioned with separate resources. A discovery signal is transmitted using the identified set of resources according to the discovery mode. Thus, devices with higher mobility will generally send discovery signals more often than devices that are static or semi-static.

The wireless device may then transmit multiple versions of the codeword to improve the chances of the codeword being received. In some aspects, the wireless device may use the techniques herein to generate self-decodable redundancy versions of the codeword to be transmitted to the receiving device. Accordingly, a receiving device may be able to identify information bits from one or more redundancy versions of the codeword even if the receiving device failed to receive an original transmission of the codeword.

Each second compiled workflow comprises a linear temporal order of unit operations, with each unit operation including execution instructions for an addressed instrument and specifying a time interval.

In an aspect, a base station may transmit, to a UE, a set of CBGs of a TB including a first subset of CBGs and a second subset of CBGs, the first subset of CBGs being transmitted on at least partially punctured resources. The base station may receive an ACK/NACK from the UE based on the transmitted set of CBGs, and retransmit to the UE one of the full set of CBGs or the first subset of CBGs based the received ACK/NACK. In an aspect, a UE may decode the set of CBGs received from the base station, transmit ACK/NACK feedback based on a result of the decoding, and receive, based on the transmitted ACK/NACK feedback, a retransmission of either the full set of CBGs, or the first subset of CBGs.
