  • Publication number: 20080180904
Abstract: A uniform heat conduction installation includes a reflection layer and a graphite uniform heat conduction layer with the latter provided on the lower surface of the former; certain portion of thermal energy generated by a heat source disposed on top of the reflection layer is reflected and dissipated by the reflection layer, and the remainder of the thermal energy passes through the reflection layer and is transmitted to the graphite uniform heat conduction layer for the thermal energy to be consistently spread up over the entire surface of the uniform heat conduction installation due to the inherited nature of providing uniform heat conduction effects of the graphite so to achieve better heat dissipation results due to increased area for heat diffusion.

  • Publication number: 20080078420
Abstract: A method for cleaning a wafer after a Chemical Mechanical Polishing (CMP) of the wafer includes: performing an ultrasonic cleaning on the wafer for time T1; cleaning the wafer with a chemical agent and then with deionized water for n times for time T2, T3, . . . , Tn+1, respectively, n being an integer; drying the wafer for time Tn+2; wherein the maximum value among T2, T3, . . . , Tn+2 is Tmax, where in the case of T1<Tmax, the ultrasonic cleaning process includes: loading the wafer in an ultrasonic cleaning module and holding the wafer without the application of ultrasonic power for T?, with T?=Tmax?T1; and then performing the ultrasonic cleaning on the wafer for time T1. The method proceeds with the next cleaning process immediately after the ultrasonic cleaning is completed. The method may completely remove defect particles on post-CMP wafer surfaces and improve the yield by 3%.

  • Publication number: 20080021323
Abstract: An ultrasound diagnosis apparatus having a transmission circuit which generates a transmission signal is provided. The transmission signal corresponds to a combined waveform of a trapezoidal waveform and an impulse-shaped waveform (impulse portion). In an example transmission signal, a front slope portion, a flat portion, and a rear slope portion exist in a positive polarity side. The impulse portion has a shape which protrudes from an offset level over a base line into an opposite polarity side. Because the center frequency of the trapezoidal wave form is near the DC component, the trapezoidal wave form can substantially be ignored. The impulse portion has a large amplitude, but because the impulse portion exists over both polarities, there is no need to apply a special high voltage countermeasure for each polarity in designing the transmission circuit. A trapezoidal wave form of an opposite polarity may be added in front of the trapezoidal waveform.

  • Publication number: 20070196533
Abstract: A mold for an LED lampshade comprising: an upper mold defined with a cavity in the bottom surface thereof; a lower mold defined with a slide recess corresponding to the cavity of the upper mold, a movable ejection block being received in the slide recess, the movable ejection block being movable back and forth along the slide recess, a cavity being defined in the top surface of the movable ejection block; and multiple ejection rods respectively disposed at the lower mold and at opposite sides of the movable ejection block and extending from the bottom of the lower mold to the top of the lower mold. When the mold of the present invention is used to injection mold, the LED lampshade is ejected by the movable ejection block in a manner of surface contact thereby preventing ejection marks on the surface of the LED lampshade.

  • Publication number: 20070047831
Abstract: This invention discloses methods and apparatus for ultrasonic color imaging that characterizes ultra-fine structures and distributional physical conditions within the target under inspection. The disclosed complementarily incorporates information arising from a plurality of repeated sound trips forced by repeated reflections of exterior and interior interfaces of target, and expresses the information into an image segment representing the main path that ultrasonic signals traveled within the target. The image produced is substantially more discriminative, descriptive, and position-sensitive to both acoustic interfaces and distributional acoustic characteristics of the target. The invention is especially useful for thin sheet targets most vulnerable to both non-continuous and continuous interior defects.

  • Publication number: 20060184028
Abstract: This invention discloses a method and apparatus for ultrasonic color imaging applicable in medical diagnoses and industrial inspections. Multiple color parameters calculated via evaluating a plurality of characterizing properties of the ultrasonic signal attributable to an image point are employed to specify the color of the image point. The produced color image simultaneously exhibits the interior distributions of multiple physical properties of the target under ultrasound inspection, provides much richer interior information of the target than what traditional, single imaging parameter based ultrasonic imaging can provide. The invention enables more and easier-to-perceive information to be communicated to image viewer's brain, significantly improves the efficiency of image reading, the capability of abnormality discrimination, and the accuracy and reliability of ultrasound inspection.
