    Abstract: Systems and methods of generating fraud detection models and controlling network permissions of one or more systems within a network environment are disclosed. A network activity dataset comprising data representative of network activity within a network environment is received and at least one co-controlled system in the network activity dataset is identified by implementing a trained fraud detection model configured to receive the network activity dataset and output a fraud determination for each system having at least a first role in the network activity data. The fraud determination represents a likelihood of a system having the first role engaging in a co-controlled network activity. In response to identifying the at least one co-controlled system, one or more permissions of the at least one co-controlled system for operating within the network environment are modified.

The trained communications timing model is used to determine, for each retailer, a preferred timing for the retailer receiving messages from the B2B marketplace. The trained retailer interest model is used to determine, for each retailer, a respective level of interest for each of a plurality of different message types that may be sent to the retailer by the B2B marketplace. A decision engine schedules and controls sending of the messages to each retailer based on outputs of the communications timing model and the retailer interest model.

A half tenon is provided with an elliptical bolt hole in a penetrating manner and connected to the reconsolidated bamboo column by a bolt, and the half tenon is rotatable along a center of the elliptical bolt hole and movable along a long axis of the elliptical bolt hole, so that the energy is dissipated through friction between the reconsolidated bamboo half tenon and mortises, excellent energy consumption ability of the half tenon structure is exerted, and the anti-pulling resistance of the tenon is improved.

An accommodative audio output signal can be generated by applying the personal level-and-frequency dependent audio filter to an audio input signal to enhance the audio input signal based on an input level and an input frequency of the audio input signal. The audio output signal can be played by an audio output device to deliver speech or music that the user perceives clearly, despite the hearing loss of the user.     Abstract: Techniques for generating training datasets for machine learning algorithms are disclosed. An initial labelled dataset may be a noisy dataset with multiple misclassifications in labelling of the data. Human-based annotation and the application of historical data information are implemented to refine labels for a subset of data from the initial labelled dataset. After refinement of the subset of data, data with existing labels is extracted from the initial labelled dataset to add to the refined subset and generate a training dataset. The data that is extracted from the initial labelled dataset is data that is similar to data in the refined subset with the same label as the extracted data. The extraction of data according to similarities in the data is applied to scale the subset of data to a larger dataset while maintaining quality in order to provide a large, high-quality training dataset for the machine learning algorithm.
