  • Publication number: 20190021214
Abstract: The present invention is directed to an applicator having an agricultural product pneumatic conveying system which meters particulate material from one or more source containers at the application equipment and transports the particulate material to evenly distribute the particulate material from the applicator. The pneumatic conveying system employs supply lines connected between the metering devices at the source containers and delivery nozzles. The conveying system also includes a dynamic baffle system that directs the air flow towards a supply line detected as having increased resistance to the air flow in order to equalize the air flow into each of the supply lines. The baffle system accomplishes this by obstructing a portion of the air flow towards a supply line having less resistance to the air flow and concurrently re-directing the obstructed portion of the air flow into the supply line with higher air flow resistance.

  • Publication number: 20180343790
Abstract: The present invention is directed to an applicator having an agricultural product mechanical conveying system which transfers particulate material metered into the mechanical conveying system from one or more source containers to the application equipment on demand, and meters the material at the application equipment. The mechanical conveying system employs longitudinal mechanical distributors that operate to move and mix the particulate material from one of the source containers or tanks along the mechanical distributor to a plenum. At the plenum the different types of particulate materials are further blended, such as within a particle injector, and delivered to the distribution nozzles for discharge from the applicator.

  • Publication number: 20180343792
Abstract: The present invention is directed to an applicator having an agricultural product pneumatic conveying system which meters and transfers particulate material from one or more source containers to application equipment on demand. The pneumatic conveying system employs supply lines connected between the source containers and delivery nozzles that operate to move and mix the particulate material from one of the source containers or tanks. A rotary distributor is connected between each of the supply lines and the delivery nozzles and includes a rotating shaft to divert the particulate material relatively evenly between the delivery nozzles. The rotary distributor is disposed in alignment with the supply line to require less air flow for the distribution of the particulate material into the delivery nozzles and to significantly reduce the profile of the applicator in the folded or transport configuration.

  • Publication number: 20180343791
Abstract: The present invention is directed to an applicator having an agricultural product pneumatic conveying system which meters particulate material from one or more source containers at the application equipment and transports the particulate material to evenly distribute the particulate material from the applicator. The pneumatic conveying system employs large diameter supply lines connected between the metering devices at the source containers and delivery nozzles, where the supply lines operate to move and mix the particulate material from the source containers to the nozzles. The particulate material is metered from the source containers into the supply lines via a number of airlocks that can be operated without allowing airflow from the large diameter supply lines to enter the source containers through the airlocks. In addition, the metering devices can b e operated in collective or independent variable manners to allow for sectional control and turning compensation.

  • Patent number: 9286194
Abstract: Embodiments relate to a method, system and computer program product for operating a data processing system. The data processing system includes a display device, a processing device connected to the display device, and one or more user input devices connected to the processing device. The display device is configured to display a Gantt chart comprising a plurality of tasks and a plurality of constraints. Each constraint connects two tasks. A method comprises highlighting a task in the Gantt chart. In response to receiving a forward user input, the method further comprises highlighting a constraint exiting a previously highlighted task in the Gantt chart, or in response to receiving a back user input, highlighting a constraint entering the previously highlighted task in the Gantt chart.

Abstract: Composition for pharmaceutical or cosmetic use, capable of providing enhanced bioavailability when ingested, comprising at least a pharmaceutical active ingredient, a lipophilic phase consisting of a mixture of fatty acid esters and glycerides, a surfactant (SA), and a cosurfactant (CoSA). The lipophilic phase consists of a mixture of C8 to C18 polyglycolized glycerides having hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) of less than 16, this lipophilic phase representing from 32 to 75% of the total weight of the composition. The surfactant (SA) is chosen from the group comprising saturated C8-C10 polyglycolized glycerides and oleic esters of polyglycerol, this surfactant having an HLB of less than 16. The cosurfactant (CoSA) is chosen from the group comprising lauric esters of propylene glycol, oleic esters of polyglycerol and ethyl diglycol. The SA/CoSA ratio is between 0.5 and 6 and the hydrophilic phase of the final microemulsion is supplied after ingestion by the physiological fluid of the digestive milieu.

  • Patent number: 5441738
Abstract: There is disclosed a process for improving a glycerolyzed oil. The oil is heated until any crystals which have formed have disappeared. Then the oil is crystallized by slow stirring for eight to seventy-two hours until an end of crystallization temperature of typically between 0.degree. and 15.degree. is reached. Finally the crystals which have formed are separated at the end of crystallization temperature. The process can be iterated at two successively lower end of crystallization temperatures.
