  • Publication number: 20260071646
Abstract: A relief cut washer can include an annular section that defines an inner diameter that slidingly receives an associated threaded element therethrough so as to define a socket axis. The annular section can include a first face and a second face that face in opposite directions that cooperate to define a washer thickness. The washer can also include a plurality of lobes that radially extend from the annular section. Each of the lobes can include a peak that defines a maximum radial distance from the socket axis for the relief cut washer. The washer can also include a plurality of ledges that radially extend from the annular section so as to connect the lobes that are adjacent to one another. Each of the ledges can define a ledge thickness that is less than the washer thickness. Further, each of the ledges can define a depression that is non-circular in shape.

  • Publication number: 20260012152
Abstract: Systems and methods for reducing relative intensity noise are provided. The system can include a photodetector configured to detect the relative intensity noise of a light source. The system can include a transimpedance amplifier configured to provide a feedback loop with the photodetector to generate a first signal based on the detected relative intensity noise. The system can include a controller configured to actuate the light source based on the first signal to reduce the relative intensity noise. In this manner, the system can reduce the relative intensity noise of a light source for various optical systems, including gyroscopic systems.

  • Publication number: 20250345183
Abstract: Intervertebral devices and systems, and methods of their use, are disclosed having configurations suitable for placement between two adjacent vertebrae, replacing the functionality of the disc therebetween. Intervertebral devices and systems contemplated herein are implantable devices intended for replacement of a vertebral disc, which may have deteriorated due to disease for example. The intervertebral devices and systems are configured to allow for ample placement of therapeutic agents therein, including bone growth enhancement material, which may lead to better fusion between adjacent vertebral bones. The intervertebral devices and systems are configured for use in minimally invasive procedures, if desired.

  • Patent number: 12434358
Abstract: A limited clearance hydraulic tool provides torque to an associated threaded fastener assembly. The limited clearance hydraulic tool includes a piston and a ratchet wheel. The limited clearance hydraulic tool also includes a drive plate and a piston rod extending between the drive plate and the piston. The limited clearance hydraulic tool further includes a connection pin that defines a first point of contact between the piston rod and the drive plate and continuously connects the piston rod and the drive plate together to always drive and retract the drive plate. Additionally, the limited clearance hydraulic tool includes a push plate that defines a second point of contact between the piston rod and the drive plate. The push plate is separate and unique from the first point of contact. The push plate selectively connects the piston rod and the drive plate together for driving the drive plate.

  • Publication number: 20250249117
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to methods of reducing expression or activity of DMPK (e.g., reducing the level of a mutant or wild-type DMPK RNA, or the activity of a DMPK gene product) and/or methods of treating myotonic dystrophy (e.g., DM1) in a subject. In some embodiments, the methods comprise administering to the subject a composition comprising complexes (e.g., muscle targeting complexes) comprising an oligonucleotide (e.g., a DMPK—targeting oligonucleotide) covalently linked to an antibody (e.g., anti-TfR1 antibody).

  • Publication number: 20250241767
Abstract: Consistent with the present disclosure, retention assemblies for maintaining the relative position of adjacent vertebral bodies and an implantable device positioned therebetween are described herein. Such retention assemblies may include a plate body and a coupler. The plate body may include structures to allow fixedly attaching the retention assembly to adjacent intervertebral bodies, using vertebral body screws or the like, for example. Furthermore, the coupler may include expandable structures to engage a portion of an implantable device to fixedly attach the retention assembly to the implantable device. Accordingly, once the retention assembly is deployed, the implantable device is fixedly held in relation to the adjacent vertebral bodies, decreasing post operative movement of the implantable device relative to the adjacent vertebral bodies.

  • Patent number: 12372274
Abstract: A cryogenic refrigerator uses a mixture of helium-3 and helium-4. Gaseous helium is pumped from a reservoir containing a liquid mixture of helium-3 and helium-4 to cause cooling and a phase separation into an upper helium-3 rich phase which floats at the top for further evaporation and a lower dilute phase below the helium-3 rich phase. This separation enables operation at temperatures typical of a helium-3 refrigerator while initial liquefaction of the mixture is easier than liquefaction of pure helium-3 and can use a smaller amount of helium-3. Embodiments of the refrigerator can provide continuous cooling.

  • Publication number: 20250205860
Abstract: A reaction socket assembly includes a socket configured to slidingly engage an associated nut so as to define a socket axis. The socket engages the associated nut for paired rotational movement. The reaction socket assembly also includes a lower part disposed coaxially exterior to the socket. The lower part defines a plurality of recesses and a plurality of keyways and the plurality of recesses are fluidly connected with the respective plurality of keyways. The reaction socket assembly also includes a plurality of keys selectively disposed in the plurality of recesses and the plurality of keyways and a sleeve disposed coaxially exterior to the lower part. The sleeve includes a plurality of ramps that are selectively received in the plurality of recesses.
