  • Patent number: 10832185
Abstract: Systems and techniques for goal optimized process scheduler are described herein. A set of processes may be obtained from a plurality of process engines. Process data may be identified for each member of the set of processes. Goal data may be obtained for a goal. The goal data may indicate elements for attainment of the goal by completion of one or more processes of the set of processes. A process schedule may be generated for the set of processes based on the goal data. The process schedule may be optimized through removal of processes from the process schedule by comparison of the process data to the goal data. The optimized process schedule may include a linear organization of processes for attainment of the goal. An optimized process schedule workflow may be created for display on a user interface of a computing device.

  • Patent number: 10643632
Abstract: Systems and techniques for automated voice assistant personality selector are described herein. A task may be identified that is to be completed by a user of a voice-enabled virtual assistant. A response may be output in connection with the task using a default personality for the voice-enabled virtual assistant selected based on the task. A task completion checkpoint may be determined for the task. It may be identified that the task completion checkpoint has not been reached. A personality profile of the user may be compared to personality data of a set of voice-enabled virtual assistant profiles corresponding to respective members of a set of available voice personalities for the voice-enabled virtual assistant. An escalation personality may be selected for the voice-enabled virtual assistant based the comparison and the task. Commands for facilitating user completion of the task may be transmitted via the voice-enabled virtual assistant using the selected escalation personality.

  • Publication number: 20200108650
Abstract: A technique is described for the application of three-dimensional (3D) relief to a substrate such as a ceramic tile using digital inkjet technology. In an example embodiment, the introduced technique includes application of binder ink to a portion of the surface of a substrate using a digital inkjet process. This binder ink forms a barrier layer which protects the portion of the surface of the substrate. Next, a brushing process is applied to remove unprotected portions of the substrate, thereby forming the 3D relief in the substrate.

  • Publication number: 20170249393
Abstract: Computer implemented methods and systems are provided that utilize a plugin to allow for quick creation of objects in a cloud-based object management system. The plugin interfaces with a browser application that interacts with the cloud-based object management system. To create objects at the cloud-based object management system, a user can activate the plugin and input information that is needed to create the object. Without logging into the cloud-based object management system, the plugin can then submit the information to the cloud-based object management system, which can use this information to create the object.

  • Patent number: 9621606
Abstract: A request to retrieve data from a client device is intercepted by a video detector. The video detector determines if the request is for retrieving a video file. If the request is for a video file, and the video file is deemed to be transcoded to be displayed on the client device, the video detector forwards the request to a video optimizer along with encoding parameters. Encoding parameters are selected by the video detector based on properties of the client device, networks accessible by the client device, conditions of those networks, properties of the requested video and the type of video requested. The encoding parameters also include a file format type to which the requested video is to be transcoded.
