  • Publication number: 20250054055
Abstract: In the creative community, a need exists to efficiently market creative works including music, concerts, photographic, video programs, motion pictures, two and three dimensional works of art and literary works. The cost of creating works of art has never been less. Computer programs have lowered production costs and increased creative engagement. The present invention links the creative community with investors, venue owners, social media influencers, other artists, art critics, art distributors, literary agents, art brokers and dealers and the overall audience for creative works. The present invention represents a significant augmentation to the traditional artists and repertoire departments of the major record companies and will enable a bidding marketplace so that creative works may be monetized at the moment of creation and combined with other preexisting artwork to enable marketing compilations or derivative works expeditiously. Advertisers may in turn sponsor selected artists or works of art.

  • Patent number: 12222067
Abstract: A lubricant delivery apparatus for installation on a device that includes a moving component that is actuated by an actuating fluid from an actuating fluid source is disclosed. The apparatus includes a lubricant supply reservoir and a pump operably coupled to the reservoir for receiving a pre-determined amount of lubricant from the reservoir and for discharging the pre-determined amount of lubricant from the apparatus. The apparatus has a non-actuated state, wherein the predetermined amount of lubricant is disposed within the pump and an actuated state wherein the predetermined amount of lubricant is discharged from the pump. While the apparatus is installed on the device, the pump is operably coupled to the actuating fluid source such that actuation of the moving component is with effect that the apparatus transitions from the non-actuated state to the actuated state such that the predetermined amount of lubricant is delivered to the moving component.

  • Patent number: 12189363
Abstract: A method for computer numerically controlled processing may include receiving configurations for a fabrication in which a computer numerically controlled machine processes a material to achieve one or more designs. An analysis may be performed to determine whether a thermal event occurs during the fabrication. The analysis may include performing one or more of a time-variant simulation and a time-invariant simulation of the fabrication. The thermal event may include one or more regions of the material exhibiting an undesirable response to the electromagnetic energy delivered to the material. One or more outputs may be generated based on the result of the thermal verification. The outputs may include a visualization of the quantity of energy exposure across the material, an alert if a thermal event is determined to occur during the fabrication, and corrective actions for resolving potential thermal events.

  • Publication number: 20240427135
Abstract: This Video/Camera works in the same way as do our human eyes, with the two Lenses placed six and a half centimeters apart from the center of the left Lens to the center of the right Lens, and also, the two Lenses always focusing on the same spot. Our human eyes, when wishing to see something that is closer in distance, the eyes swerve more to the center; left eye turning right, and right eye turning left. In order to target at a point from two angles, the eyes must give less attention to the wider area. All around the area, the two human eyes see a misty, vague shadow, and also double, since the two eyes look from different locations. Each Lens has two Image Sensors—a Sensor is the receiver of the light from a Lens—quite close together in parallel, the first Sensor of the two is too close in length from the Lens in order to be clear.
