  • Patent number: 12618298
Abstract: A robot configured for pipe handling. The robot may include an articulated arm controllable by a controller and an end effector arranged at an end of the articulated arm. The articulated arm may include two pipe engaging jaws, each jaw having an inner contour configured for engaging a pipe section. At least one of the jaws may be a fixed jaw. The end effector may be configured to restrict radial movement of the pipe section while permitting axial movement. The inner contours of the two jaws may be arranged on different planes in some embodiments. The inner contours May additionally be concave in opposing directions. The articulated arm may be configured to pivot the end effector about a central axis extending between, and parallel to, the planes of the inner contours. In some embodiments, one or both jaws may be actuatable.

  • Publication number: 20260008507
Abstract: A mechanism attached to the trailer of a semi tractor trailer that uses a low friction UHMW or similar bearing sheet material as an interface between the two components. This wear item is easily replicable without the use of fasteners such as screws nuts or bolts. The invention uses a plug and play bayonetted snap in methodology and is easily installed on new or existing rigs such as 18/26-wheeler highway transports. The wearable bearing can be replaced by novice operators not skilled in technical installations in only a few minutes and at very low cost.

  • Publication number: 20240108212
Abstract: The eye imaging system for producing images with reduced speckle artifacts may comprise a laser diode for providing a beam of radiation to the eye; a detector for collecting light returning from the eye and generating output signals in response thereto, the detector having a sensor integration time; a driver circuit for applying a modulated drive signal to the laser diode, the modulated drive signal inducing a spectral broadening of the beam of radiation during the sensor integration time. The laser diode may be a single-mode laser designed to operate at a fixed current and wavelength. The drive signal may be modulated by shaping a drive current pulse. The drive signal may be modulated by imposing an RF modulation on a drive current pulse. The drive signal may be further modulated by shaping a drive current pulse.

Abstract: Provided herein include various examples of a flow cell and methods for forming aspects of flow cell. The method may include applying a first adhesive to a substrate. The method may include orienting a die on the first adhesive. The method may also include orienting a package on the first adhesive. The package includes a die and a top surface of the die comprises an active surface and electrical contact points. Surfaces adjacent to the active surface on at least two opposing sides of the active surface form fanout regions for utilization in a fluidic path of the flow cell. The method further may include applying a second adhesive to a part of the package and attaching a lid to the second adhesive to define a fluidic flow-cell cavity below the lid and above a surface comprising the active surface and the fanout regions.
