  • Patent number: 12089578
Abstract: A wire structure may have a loop of fishing line on each of four sides, with weights to lower the line, giving a loop on each side. These loops may be tied to a central fishing line, which a user may pull to close the loops. This may catch a crab if one is in the trap, allowing a user to bring the crab to a wharf or boat, for example. Releasing the fishing line may allow the weights to lower, which may open the loops and release the crab without the user needing to touch the trap near the crab, which may reduce the chance of being pinched by a crab claw.

  • Patent number: 11914744
Abstract: Disclosed are some implementations of systems, apparatus, methods and computer program products for providing contextually relevant recommendations based on a context of the user. The context of the user may be determined according to a set of privacy settings of the user, where the set of privacy settings indicates contextual features for which values are permitted to be accessed by a recommendation system. The contextual features may include user-related features and/or tenant features pertaining to a tenant of a multi-tenant database.

  • Patent number: 11868505
Abstract: System, method, and/or computer program product embodiments for automatic removal of sensitive data items from records are disclosed. In one or more embodiments, a record with a sensitive field (for storing a sensitive data item) is linked to a self-removal data policy that includes a condition set. When the condition set is true, the sensitive data item is automatically removed from the record without deleting the record and without removing other data items stored in other fields of the record. Conditions may be associated with a time period following the upload or storage of the sensitive date item, the occurrence of an event that requires the sensitive date item, a read or approval of the sensitive data item, etc. A user may modify a condition in the condition set to make the condition more stringent or less stringent.

  • Patent number: 11863525
Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for capturing incoming communications from a sender across multiple channels, and determining whether to include those communications from the sender in an inbox using a waiting room. The waiting room lists unknown senders, and allows a user to add the senders to a blocklist, where the sender's communications are omitted from the user's inbox, or to a passlist, where a new CRM customer record is created for the sender. With the CRM customer record created, future communications from the sender are matched to the CRM customer record and permitted for inclusion in an inbox. This way, recipients can prioritize customers (or other high-value communications) within their inbox based on a corresponding existing CRM customer record, while simplifying the capture of those CRM customer records.

  • Patent number: 11675890
Abstract: A method of provisioning organization users in a multi-tenant database system includes receiving a request via a single sign-on protocol from an organization user to create a new multi-tenant database user account for access to the multi-tenant database system. The method retrieves rules that specify how to derive user permissions for access to the multi-tenant database system from stored user attributes of the organization user. The method continues with applying the rules to the stored user attributes to determine permissions for the users to access particular objects in the multi-tenant database system, and creating the new user account with the determined user permissions for access to the multi-tenant database system.

  • Publication number: 20230064851
Abstract: A method for aggregating and generating contact engagement data for contacts in a customer relationship management (CRM) system includes receiving a plurality of communications via a plurality of communication channels, extracting message objects from each communication, the message objects including a sender address, a recipient address, a message body, and a corresponding communication channel for each communication. A contact based on at least one of the message objects for each communication is identified. A subset of the message objects corresponding to communications associated with the contact among the plurality of communications is aggregated to obtain aggregated message data.

  • Patent number: 11138228
Abstract: Disclosed are some implementations of systems, apparatus, methods and computer program products for performing an asynchronous subscription process that enables a secondary organization to subscribe to receive data from a primary organization. A primary organization provides publish data indicating fields to which a secondary organization can subscribe. The secondary organization provides subscription data that indicates published fields to which the secondary organization has subscribed. In some implementations, a state of a connection between the primary organization and the secondary organization is maintained and updated to ensure that the publish data and subscription data cannot be modified until the subscription process is completed.

  • Patent number: 10977360
Abstract: Systems and methods are described to validate user connections to one or more application servers within a multi-tenant application system. A domain-level cookie at the client identifies any active connections for that client. As the client requests a connection to a particular application, the cookie is provided to a validation server that determines if any previously-established sessions with the multi-tenant system exist, and/or if such sessions remain active. If an active session already exists, then the client can be redirected to a particular server to continue the previously-established session. If no valid prior sessions are available, then the client can be validated and a new connection to an appropriate server can be established, as appropriate.

  • Patent number: 10907503
Abstract: A compressor includes a rotor platform; a rotor blade; and a casing having an inner surface surrounding the tip and spaced radially outwardly from the tip to define a gap. A secondary air flow system includes a bleed inlet configured to remove secondary air flow from the primary air flow; an injection opening disposed in the inner surface of the casing upstream of the bleed inlet; an accessory conduit; and a plenum fluidly coupled to the bleed inlet, the injection opening, and the accessory conduit. The bleed inlet and plenum at least partially define a secondary air flow path such that a first portion of the secondary air flow is directed in through the bleed inlet, through the plenum, and out through the injection opening and a second portion of the secondary air flow is directed in through the bleed inlet, through the plenum, and out through the accessory conduit.

  • Publication number: 20200212794
Abstract: A power converter and method using a flying capacitor, a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor, a fourth transistor, and a driver circuit are presented. The first transistor is coupled between an input terminal and a first terminal of the flying capacitor. The second transistor is coupled between the first terminal of the flying capacitor and an output terminal. The third transistor is coupled between the output terminal and a second terminal of the flying capacitor. The fourth transistor is coupled between the second terminal of the flying capacitor and a reference potential. The driver circuit is coupled between a high side power rail and a low side power rail. There is a regulation circuit to regulate a high side voltage of the high side power rail such that the regulated high side voltage is independent of an input voltage at the input terminal.
