  • Publication number: 20100103872
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method and system for managing QoS-guaranteed multimode fast mobility in wireless networks. The method includes the steps of (a) in response to a request for call establishment, registering a user ID, the unique IP address of a user, a currently used temporary IP address and the current location of the mobile host; (b) completing the call establishment; (c) establishing a tunnel between the OMS and the mobile host; (d) in response to the provision of a new temporary IP address and the wireless network information of a newly activated wireless communication interface, establishing a new tunnel using the unique IP address of the OMS and the new temporary IP address of the mobile host, and then transmitting data packets in parallel; and (e) in response to a request for the removal of a tunnel, removing the corresponding tunnel.

  • Publication number: 20090310408
Abstract: A memory system is provided with a processor, a main memory, and a flash memory. Performance of the memory system is improved through achievement of speed-up and high data reliability. The memory system includes a nonvolatile memory device and a controller configured to drive a control program to control the nonvolatile memory device. The control program executes a second access operation for the nonvolatile memory device even before a first access operation to the nonvolatile memory device is completed.

  • Publication number: 20080121314
Abstract: The present invention relates to technology for manufacturing electrical steel sheets having excellent magnetic properties through the control of a hot-rolled texture using the phase transformation of steel. More particularly, it relates to a non-oriented electrical steel sheet that has reduced iron loss and increased magnetic flux density by controlling alloy component elements and optimizing hot-rolling conditions, even though hot-rolled sheet annealing is not carried out, as well as a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the invention provides a non-oriented electrical steel sheet which has excellent magnetic properties while hot-rolled sheet annealing can be omitted, the steel sheet being comprised of 0.005 wt % or less of C, 1.0-3.0 w % of Si, 0.1-2.0 wt % of Mn, 0.1 wt % or less of P, 0.1-1.5 wt % of Al, and a remainder of Fe and other inevitable impurities, in which the relationship between the elements Mn and Al satisfies an equation of ?0.2 <m(=Mn?Al)<1.

  • Publication number: 20040095473
Abstract: Disclosed is an image-capturing device and a control method therefor capable of adjusting view angles. The image-capturing device comprises a camera part having a first camera adapted to capture images of a subject through a first zoom lens if a first image-capturing mode is selected, and a second camera adapted to capture images through a second zoom lens if a second image-capturing mode is selected The image capturing device also includes a detection unit for detecting the position of the first and the second zoom lenses. A control unit detects the position of the first and the second zoom lenses for the first and the second image-capturing modes if the image-capturing modes are determined to be changed from the first to the second image-capturing mode, and sets a detected value of the position of the first zoom lens to a value of the position of the second zoom lens. The image-capturing device can advantageously eliminate the inconvenience of having to additionally adjusts view angles when changing lenses.

  • Patent number: 5877653
Abstract: A linear power amplifier and method for removing the intermodulation distortion with a predistortion system and a feed forward system. The linear power amplifier having a main power amplifier includes: a predistortion system for firstly suppressing the intermodulation signal generated upon amplification of an RF signal in the main power amplifier, by generating a harmonics corresponding to the input RF signal and a predistortion signal with coupling the RF signal to the harmonics; and a feed forward system for secondly suppressing the intermodulation signal by canceling the input RF signal and the output of the main power amplifier, extracting an intermodulation signal distortion, error-amplifying the extracted intermodulation signal distortion, and coupling the amplified intermodulation signal with the output of the main power amplifier.
