  • Patent number: 11935756
Abstract: A method for patterning a layer increases the density of features formed over an initial patterning layer using a series of self-aligned spacers. A layer to be etched is provided, then an initial sacrificial patterning layer, for example formed using optical lithography, is formed over the layer to be etched. Depending on the embodiment, the patterning layer may be trimmed, then a series of spacer layers formed and etched. The number of spacer layers and their target dimensions depends on the desired increase in feature density. An in-process semiconductor device and electronic system is also described.

  • Publication number: 20240002919
Abstract: A removable cartridge to be used in a system for extracting and detecting nucleic acids from heterogeneous samples includes a plurality of reservoirs defining at least a first wash buffer reservoir for holding a first wash buffer and a microfluidic assembly configured to attach to the plurality of reservoirs. The microfluidic assembly includes at least one sample reservoir and a nucleic acid extraction matrix in fluid communication to an automated sample preparation (ASP) reservoir through a first flow channel defined by the microfluidic assembly. An assay chamber is in fluid communication with a third flow channel and with the waste reservoir through a fourth flow channel such that a labeled nucleic acid-containing sample flows through the assay chamber and then to the waste reservoir, wherein vibration-driven mixing agitates fluids while present in the assay chamber. Finally, a nucleic acid-detecting microarray module is positioned in the assay chamber.

  • Patent number: 11842387
Abstract: Various examples described herein are directed to systems and methods for generating a financial account statement. First financial data associated with a first financial account statement for a customer is received, Second financial data associated with a second financial account statement for the customer is received. The first financial data may be from an earlier financial account statement. Changes between the first financial data and the second financial data are determined. Highlighted changes to augment based on preferences of the customer and the determined changes are determined. Content associated with the highlighted changes is determined. The second financial account statement is created based on the second financial data. The content associated with the highlighted changes is linked in the second financial account statement.

  • Publication number: 20230365257
Abstract: Methods, systems and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage medium, for autonomous aerial imaging and environmental sensing of a datacenter. In one aspect a method includes executing, within a datacenter and by an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) in data communication with a server, a connectivity-enabled navigation process to collect data from the datacenter; determining, during execution of the connectivity-enabled navigation process and by the UAV, that connection to the server is lost so that the connectivity-enabled navigation process cannot be continued; and in response to determining that connection to the server is lost, executing, by the UAV, an autonomous navigation process until the connection to the server is recovered, wherein the autonomous navigation process navigates the datacenter using visual tags positioned in the datacenter.

  • Publication number: 20230269242
Abstract: The present embodiments relate to providing near real-time communications from a public network to a private network. A first computing device in a public network can obtain data packets to be provided to the private network from an application executing on the first computing device. A trust module executed by the first computing device can authenticate the user, application, and the data packets to be provided to the private network and add metadata relating to the sending user, recipient user, etc. The data packets can be forwarded to the private network via a cross-domain system (CDS). The metadata and the digital signature on the data packets can be verified by a trust module executing on a second computing device in the private network. The second computing device can receive the data packets and store the data packets for subsequent actions to be performed in the private network.
