  • Publication number: 20220095221
Abstract: A method including receiving, at a mobile device, a request to provision a first geofence. The first geofence has a first predicted duration that expires before a second predicted geofence is provisioned by the mobile device. Provisioning the first geofence and the second predicted geofence together consume a first amount of power. The method also includes determining a predictive geofence radius based on a predicted speed of the mobile device. The method also includes provisioning a first predictive geofence having the predictive geofence radius and further having a second predicted duration that is different than the first predicted duration and that expires before a second predictive geofence is provisioned by the mobile device. Provisioning the first predictive geofence and the second predictive geofence together consume a second amount of power, the second amount of power less than the first amount of power.

  • Patent number: 11166232
Abstract: A method including receiving, at a mobile device, a request to provision a first geofence. Geolocation hardware on the mobile device determines a current position of the mobile device. Roads are identified within a predetermined number of turns of the current position. Corresponding speed limits applicable to the roads within the predetermined number of turns are retrieved. A predicted average speed of the mobile device is determined by averaging the corresponding speed limits A predictive geofence radius is determined based on the predicted average speed. A first predictive geofence having the predictive geofence radius is provisioned. The first predictive geofence has a third predicted duration before a second predictive geofence is provisioned by the mobile device. Provisioning the first predictive geofence and the second predictive geofence together consume less power than provisioning geofences without prediction.

  • Patent number: 11105467
Abstract: The invention related to a system for control of a hydrogen refueling station. The control of the hydrogen refueling station is optimized according to a high frequency tank profile in a time period between time A and time B. The high frequency tank profile includes selecting a first of the plurality of vessels as supply to the compressor during at least part of the refueling of the vehicle tank, the selection is based on pressure of hydrogen gas in one or more vessels of the supply storage. The control of the hydrogen refueling station is furthermore optimized according to a low frequency tank profile in a time period between time C and time D. The low frequency tank profile includes preparing one or more hydrogen refueling station components to enable a plurality of vehicle tank refuelings in the subsequent time period between time A and time B.

  • Publication number: 20210120364
Abstract: A location system of a mobile device may detect a first location and a second location of the mobile device. A processor of the mobile device may determine that the first location and second location are within a geofence surrounding the location of interest. The processor may determine a speed at which the mobile device traveled from the first location to the second location. The processor may determine that the mobile device is loitering at the location of interest in response to the speed being below a threshold value. In response to determining that the mobile device is loitering at the location of interest, the processor may perform check in processing to check a user of the mobile device as being on site at the location of interest.

  • Patent number: 10982471
Abstract: A latch system includes an actuation module having first and second actuation mechanisms. The first actuation mechanism includes a first handle, a lock tab and an inner rod coupled together. The second actuation mechanism includes at least one second handle, a conversion block and an outer rod coupled together with the outer rod and the conversion block each having a slot. At least one latch module has a retractable latch. A control cable connects the conversion block and the latch module such that rotation of the conversion block in a first direction retracts the latch. A lock is operably engagable with the lock tab to selectively allow and prevent rotation of the inner rod. Rotation of the inner rod in the first direction rotates the conversion block. Rotation of the outer rod in the first direction rotates the conversion block without rotating the inner rod.
