    Abstract: A refrigerator includes a main body having a storage compartment, a door provided at the main body, a refrigerating portion which refrigerates the storage compartment using a compressor, a condenser, a depressurizer and an evaporator which are connected with a refrigerant pipe, and a heat transfer portion having a first flow passage portion which is disposed adjacent to the refrigerant pipe of the refrigerating portion and receives heat from the refrigerant pipe, and a second flow passage portion which is disposed at a front surface of the main body with which the door comes in contact and to which heat of the first flow passage portion is transferred. As a first cycle for refrigerating the storage compartment and a second cycle for providing heat to the front surface of the main body are provided separately preventing a decrease in refrigerating capability and an increase in power consumption.

    Abstract: Provided are a method of forming patterns and a method of manufacturing an integrated circuit device. In the method of forming patterns, a photoresist pattern having a first opening exposing a first region of a target layer is formed. A capping layer is formed at sidewalls of the photoresist pattern defining the first opening. An insoluble region is formed around the first opening by diffusing acid from the capping layer to the inside of the photoresist pattern. A second opening exposing a second region of the target layer is formed by removing a soluble region spaced apart from the first opening, with the insoluble region being interposed therebetween. The target layer is etched using the insoluble region as an etch mask.

The input processing unit processes the information into input information required to calculate a degree of risk of a collision between objects. Therefore, it is possible to allocate identifiers without inputting an identifier to a multi-slave BMS in advance or using a separate hardware configuration.

Thus, it is possible in a mobile communication system to increase the domain selecting completion rates for a voice call service corresponding to a terminal.
