    Abstract: A floating hanger for assembling a vehicle body roof sets a roof panel at a home position of a roof surface of a vehicle body which is transferred to a work position along a transfer line. The floating hanger includes: i) a fixing frame fixed to an arm of a robot; ii) a hanger frame configured to restrict the roof panel and installed at the fixing frame to be floatable in a width direction of the vehicle body, and iii) a position corrector installed at the hanger frame and configured to float the hanger frame to a set position of the roof panel by using pressure which is applied to both sides of the roof panel in a width direction.

    Abstract: To check insulation of a pouch electric cell, probes are contacted to an electrode of a pouch electric cell and an aluminum layer of a pouch of the pouch electric cell, respectively, and then an electric characteristic value between the probes is measured. The probe contacted with the aluminum layer has a contact portion made of conductive elastic material. Also, insulation of the pouch electric cell is determined by comparing the measured electric characteristic value with a reference value. Thus, physical characteristics of an outer periphery of a flexible pouch may be sufficiently exhibited in measuring or checking insulation of a pouch electric cell such as insulation resistance, thereby improving reliability of electric contact and minimizing physical damage or deformation of the pouch electric cell.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method and system for allocating identifiers to multi-slaves in a battery pack. The method for allocating identifiers, in which a master battery management system (BMS) allocates identifiers to N (N is an integer of 2 or above) number of slave BMSs through a communication network, includes (a) by each slave BMS, generating an initial identifier by combining digital voltage measurement values of battery cells included in a battery module managed by the slave BMS and transmitting the initial identifier to a master BMS; and (b) by the master BMS, allocating identifiers again according to the initial identifier received from each slave BMS and then transmitting the identifiers to slave BMSs. Therefore, it is possible to allocate identifiers without inputting an identifier to a multi-slave BMS in advance or using a separate hardware configuration.
