  • Patent number: 11463772
Abstract: Advertisements for brands that are to be aired during media programs are selected based on similarities between the brands and creators of the media programs. As a media program is being aired, data representing content of a media program is processed to identify words being spoken or sung during the media program and sentiments associated with the media program. The media program is classified based on the words and sentiments, and a classification of the media program is compared to attributes of advertisements to determine which of the advertisements is best suited for airing during the media program. Additionally, a set of words that, if spoken or sung during a media program would establish conditions favorable to a given advertisement may be identified and provided to a creator.

  • Publication number: 20220060430
Abstract: Systems and methods of dynamic resource allocation. The system may include a processor and a memory coupled to the processor. The memory stores processor-executable instructions that, when executed, configure the processor to: receive a signal representing a resource allocation request; determine a projected resource availability based on a resource model and a second data set including at least one data record unrepresented in batched historical data sets, the batched historical data sets including data records representing at least one of recurring or non-recurring resource allocations, and wherein the resource model is prior-trained based on the batched historical data sets; and generate an output signal for displaying the projected resource availability corresponding with the resource allocation request.

  • Patent number: 11193368
Abstract: Tracers for oil recovery, particularly fluorescent nanotracers comprising polynucleotides such as DNA strands. The tracer comprises a core-shell nanoparticle tailored according to the operation to be traced. It contains a fluorescent core comprising a target polynucleotide that allows the detection thereof in the field and a functionalized polymeric shell that provides increased stability in high salinity aqueous phases. A method for preparing said nanotracer by encapsulation of a polynucleotide.

  • Patent number: 10995610
Abstract: Tracers for oil recovery, particularly fluorescent nanotracers conservative in aqueous phases. The tracer comprises a core-shell nanoparticle tailored according to the operation to be traced. It contains a fluorescent core that allows the detection thereof in the field and a functionalized polymeric shell that provides increased stability in high salinity aqueous phases. A method for preparing said nanotracer. Given the nanotracer versatility, it can be used both for tracing fracking steps as well as meshes of secondary and tertiary recovery.

  • Publication number: 20210056443
Abstract: In an aspect, a fuel economy of a vehicle is determined by: receiving telematics data produced at least partly by one or more sensors at a vehicle; identifying, based at least partly on the telematics data, one or more fueling events of the vehicle; determining, for each fueling event of the one or more fueling events, an amount of fuel added to the vehicle for that fueling event; and determining, based at least partly on the amount of fuel added to the vehicle for each fueling event and the telematics data, a fuel economy of the vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20200257561
Abstract: System and method for facilitating management of a time-varying resource pool. The system includes a processor and a memory coupled to the processor. The memory stores processor-executable instructions that, when executed, configure the processor to: obtain a time-series data set including data entries associated with one or more consumed resources; identify one or more recurring resource allocations based on recurring data entries of the time-series data set; identify additional resource allocations based on irregularly-timed data entries of the time-series data set; determine a forecasted resource pool value based on a combination of the identified recurring resource allocations and the additional resource allocations; and upon detection of a trigger condition, generate data for display, via a user interface, a scaled resource allocation value based on the forecasted resource pool value, the scaled resource allocation value corresponding to at least one time-based reference.
