    Abstract: A firing device of a side-handle baton includes first and second shaft portions, a magazine portion, a trigger housing, a gas chamber portion, and a nozzle portion. Pressure from a CO2 cartridge in the second shaft portion enters and accumulates in the gas chamber portion to push a nozzle. Once a pushbutton of the magazine portion is pressed, ball-shaped bullets in the magazine portion fall into a bore of the first shaft portion, and the magazine portion pushes a trigger in the trigger housing, thus driving a sear to release the nozzle. When a piston rod in the nozzle is freed, the pressure in the gas chamber portion is discharged to fire the bullets. A recoil spring then pushes the nozzle portion back to re-seal the gas chamber portion, allowing pressure to accumulate again in the gas chamber portion, and the sear to retain the nozzle until the next shot.

The image forming apparatus includes an image data processing part to create a plurality of test images by converting a primitive image according to a plurality of predetermined sets of print options, an image print part to print the plurality of test images created by the image processing part, a key input part to select one of the plurality of the printed test images, and a control part to set the print options of the selected test image using the key input part print options of the primitive image. Accordingly, the user need not separately set print options for more than one test print performed by more than one print job, since the optimal print options of the primitive image are set by comparing and selecting the test images pre-printed according to the different sets of print options.

    Abstract: A magnesium oil pan prevents noise and vibration by attaching reinforcement members to portions that are weak in strength and are vulnerable to vibration. The magnesium oil pan includes a flange formed on an upper surface of the oil pan so as to be coupled with the cylinder block, a lower oil pan coupler formed on a lower surface of the oil pan so as to protrude downwards, and a bracket formed on a lateral surface of the oil pan so as to be coupled with a chain cover of the engine. The lower oil pan coupler includes a main reinforcement rib on an inner side of the oil pan which continuously runs between opposite inner walls of the lower oil pan coupler and protrudes downwards. Thus, the magnesium oil pan is made lightweight, improves noise-proof performance, and is hardly damaged by external impacts.

    Abstract: A flip-chip (FC) package structure is provided. The FC package structure includes a substrate, a chip, a plurality of copper platforms, a plurality of copper bumps, a plating layer, a circuit layer and a solder mask layer. The copper bumps are disposed on the substrate. The copper platforms are stacked on the copper bumps. The plating layer covers the copper bumps and the copper platforms, for contacting with chip foot pads configured at a bottom of the chip. The FC package structure does not need to reserve a space for wire bonding, thus saving the area of the substrate. The copper platforms are stacked on the copper bumps, and are higher than the circuit pattern layer. Therefore, the chip is blocked up, and the gap between the chip and the substrate is enlarged, thus preventing the risk of configuring voids when filling the cladding material and improving the packaging yield.

The present invention provides a larger contact area with the solder ball so as to increase the bondability according to the principle that the bondability is positive proportional with the contact area therebetween. The circuit layer within the solder pad opening is defined as a solder pad. In such a way, after filling the solder ball into the solder pad opening, besides walls of the solder pad opening, there are an extra contact area provided by a geometric shape of the solder pad for further improving the bondability of the solder pad and the solder ball.
