  • Publication number: 20200077548
Abstract: A first conveyor belt and second conveyor belt are disposed on guide rail which is disposed so as to extend in a circuit substrate conveyance direction. Then, the circuit substrate supported by both the conveyor belts of the first conveyor belt and the second conveyor belt is held by substrate holding device, and work is performed on the held circuit substrate. In the transfer device having such a structure, for example, when the circuit substrate on which an operation has been completed is conveyed out by the second conveyor belt, a new circuit substrate is conveyed into the transfer device by the first conveyor belt. In this way, it is possible to perform printing work on a new circuit substrate at an early stage and shorten a cycle time.

  • Patent number: 10571897
Abstract: To provide a manufacturing system that is capable of still continuing work in a case in which a failure occurs in the network connection between the centralized management apparatus and a manufacturing line and a control method of the manufacturing system. When activation of all of the work machines (a screen printer, and the like) in a manufacturing line is completed, a line management device acquires, from a centralized management apparatus, material data and control data required in one day of manufacturing of the manufacturing line. Further, in a case in which a failure in a wide area network that connects the line management device and a centralized management apparatus is detected, the line management device causes a manufacturing work of mounting boards by a work machine to be continued on the basis of the control data, and the like, corresponding to one day, which is saved in advance.

  • Patent number: 10537051
Abstract: A mounting machine determines whether or not there is running out of a component in a mounting process based on initial order information and the number of remaining components, and when the mounting machine determines that there is running out of a component, a modified order in which the determined component is preferentially mounted is set as the mounting order. In addition, during the mounting process when a component of a subsequent mounting target in the mounting order runs out, and a component later in the mounting order than the component does not run out, the component that does not run out is previously mounted on the board. Furthermore, the initial order which is indicated by the initial order information is set in advance as an order such that a component in the plurality of components that has a higher frequency of running out than another component is preferentially mounted.

  • Patent number: 10524401
Abstract: A component mounting machine moves a mounting head from a supply position P1 to each of mounting positions P3 and P4 of a circuit board CB via an imaging position P2. Further, the component mounting machine performs control such that the mounting head moves in a direction of movement at the time of imaging that is either of an X-axis direction or a Y-axis direction when passing through the imaging position P2. The component mounting machine determines the direction of movement at the time of imaging, according to a first X-axis distance Lx and a first Y-axis distance Ly from the imaging position P2 to each of the mounting positions P3 and P4.

  • Publication number: 20190380237
Abstract: A component mounting device includes multiple selector valves corresponding individually to multiple holders disposed on a rotary head and switching between making and breaking communication between a corresponding holder flow path and a negative pressure source, and valve driving devices driving selector valves corresponding to holders, among the multiple holders, located in predetermined revolving positions. The component mounting device executes a negative pressure recovery operation when a suction error has occurred in which the component is not held by suction to the nozzle after suction operation. When a suction error occurs at the nozzle held by the holder, the component mounting device performs the negative pressure recovery operation by waiting for the holder to be rotated to a predetermined revolving position and drives the selector valve corresponding to the holder using the valve driving device to cut off communication between the holder flow path and the negative pressure source.

  • Publication number: 20190335631
Abstract: A component mounting machine includes multiple component supplying devices, a head, a head moving device, and a nozzle lifting and lowering device. The component supplying device feeds out a component to a component supply position. The head includes multiple nozzles configured to suction a component. The head moving device moves the head to cause the nozzles to face the respective component supply positions with two or more thereof. The nozzle lifting and lowering device lifts and lowers the nozzle located to face the component supply positions. In positioning the nozzles to face the respective component supply positions, the head is moved so as to prioritize a positional correction of a nozzle facing a smallest sized component over positional corrections of the other nozzles, and in this state, the nozzles facing the respective component supply positions are lifted and lowered simultaneously to suction corresponding components.
