  • Publication number: 20200300760
Abstract: The present invention provides a fluorescent dye HPTS-lipo for monitoring two-dimensional pH value, a fluorescent sensing film, and use thereof, belonging to the field of two-dimensional pH value monitoring. The fluorescence sensing film for monitoring two-dimensional pH is prepared from the fluorescent dye HPTS-lipo, and HPTS-lipo is embedded by hydrogel D4 in a preparation process. The fluorescent dye HPTS-lipo is prepared by ligating alkylamine into sulfonic acid groups of the fluorescent dye HPTS. Compared with the fluorescent dye HPTS, the pKa value of the modified fluorescent dye HPTS-lipo is significantly varied, so that the fluorescent sensing film is suitable for monitoring different pH values and meets different experimental requirements; and the fluorescent dye HPTS-lipo has better hydrophobicity, can be kept for longer time in environment, and further solves the problem of dye leakage after being embedded by the hydrogel.

  • Patent number: 10756256
Abstract: A magnetoresistive random access memory and a method for manufacturing the same are provided, with which a stress layer covers a part of the protective layer along a direction of a current in the spin-orbit coupling layer, so that a stress is generated on the part of the magnetic layer locally due to the stress layer, thus a lateral asymmetric structure is formed in a direction perpendicular to the current source. In a case that a current is supplied to the spin-orbit coupling layer, the spin-orbit coupling effect in the magnetic layer is asymmetric due to the stress on the part of the magnetic layer, thereby realizing a deterministic switching of the magnetic moment under the function of the stress.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to passive optical network (PON) systems, optical line terminals (OTLs), and optical network units (ONUs). One example PON system includes an OLT and at least two ONUs. The OLT and the ONUs exchange data on one downstream channel and two upstream channels. The OLT sends downstream data to each ONU on the downstream channel, where the downstream data includes an upstream bandwidth grant used to control each ONU to send upstream data. Each ONU receives the downstream data on the downstream channel, and sends the upstream data on a first upstream channel or a second upstream channel based on the upstream bandwidth grant included in the downstream data. The OLT receives, on the first upstream channel and the second upstream channel, the upstream data sent by each ONU, where a registration function is disabled on the first upstream channel, and enabled on the second upstream channel.
