    Abstract: A measurement parameter sending method and apparatus are described. The method includes receiving measurement signals corresponding to a plurality of beams. The received measurement signals corresponding to the plurality of beams are measured to obtain a beam measurement parameter. A cell-level measurement parameter is generated based on the beam measurement parameter. The cell-level measurement parameter is reported to a network device. Correspondingly, a measurement parameter receiving method and apparatus are disclosed. Measurement reporting of a plurality of beams can be implemented in a new radio NR system, thereby reducing reporting overheads.

    Abstract: This application discloses an LDPC code-based decoding method and apparatus, and pertains to the field of communications technologies. In this application, n×L LLR values may be decoded based on a target element in a target basis matrix, and a non-target element in the target basis matrix is forbidden to participate in decoding the n×L LLR values. The non-target element is a zero matrix, and the LLR value does not change after the LLR value is processed based on the non-target element. Therefore, the non-target element in the target basis matrix is forbidden to participate in decoding. In this way, decoding of the LLR value is not affected. In addition, a decoding time overhead and an occupied resource are reduced and decoding performance is improved because the LLR value is no longer processed based on a non-target element.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses an ion beam lithography method based on an ion beam lithography system. The ion beam lithography system includes a roll-roll printer placed in a vacuum, and a medium-high-energy wide-range ion source, a medium-low-energy wide-range ion source and a low-energy ion source installed on the roll-roll printer. The ion beam lithography method includes: first coating a polyimide (PI) substrate with a dry film, etching the dry film according to a preset circuit pattern, then using the ion beam lithography system to deposit a wide-energy-range metal ion on the circuit pattern to form a film substrate, and finally stripping the dry film off the film substrate to obtain a printed circuit board (PCB).

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for generating adversarial scenarios and training an autonomous driving agent for an autonomous vehicle, using one or more sets of parameters, each set of parameters defining a respective driving scenario. A new set of parameters is generated by changing one or more parameters of one of the sets of parameters to define a new driving scenario, and performance of the autonomous driving agent is evaluated on the new driving scenario. The generating and evaluating is repeated until the autonomous driving agent fails to satisfy a predefined performance threshold for the new driving scenario. Each instance of changing the one or more parameters is based on a prior evaluated performance of the autonomous driving agent. The autonomous driving agent is trained to update a learned policy of the autonomous driving agent using at least one set of parameters, including the new set of parameters.

    Abstract: A multi-state memory and a method for manufacturing the same. A magnetoresistive tunnel junction is disposed on a spin-orbit coupling layer, and thermal annealing is performed after dopant ions are injected from a side of the magnetoresistive tunnel junction. The concentration of dopant ions in the magnetoresistive tunnel junction has a gradient variation along the direction that is perpendicular to the direction of the current and within the plane in which the spin-orbit coupling layer is located. Symmetry along the direction perpendicular to the direction of the current is broken. In a case a current flows into the spin-orbit coupling layer, resistance are outputted in multiple states in linearity with the current. The multi-state storage is achieved. It can meet a requirement on hardware of neural network synapses, and is applicable to calculation in a neural network.
