  • Publication number: 20080183866
Abstract: A presence communication system capable of efficiently reducing the number of messages exchanged between presentities and watchers, thereby preventing lowering in communication quality. A presence server sets a group identifier as an identifier which is used to collectively look up a group of multiple pieces of presence information provided by presence information providers who have agreed to a use policy, aggregates and stores the presence information under the group identifier, and delivers the presence information requested to the group identifier. Each presentity provides the presence server with its presence information targeted to the group identifier. Each watcher requests the group identifier for the presence information provided by the presentities, and receives the presence information delivered from the presence server.

  • Publication number: 20070274489
Abstract: An application server receives presence information with anonymous identification information of a presentity client. The application server transmits a message to an information distribution proxy. The message is addressed not to the identification information of the presentity client, but to the anonymous identification information of the presentity client. The information distribution proxy converts the anonymous identification information into real identification information, and forwards the message to the presentity client. Therefore, the application server does not know the real identification information of the presentity client. That is, there is no need for the application server to directly treat personal information, thereby producing the effect of eliminating the need for strict management of presence information.

  • Publication number: 20070248093
Abstract: A subscriber notifies a concentrator of a desired target identifier. An originator collects target identifiers received by a sensor which receives a target identifier transmitted from a target device. The originator transmits the collected target identifiers to the concentrator. The concentrator notifies the subscriber of the originator when the target identifiers transmitted from the originator includes the desired target identifier. The subscriber notifies the originator of a specification. The originator transmits a message to the subscriber in accordance with the specification, the message including the desired target identifier and other target identifiers received at about the same time as the desired target identifier.

  • Patent number: 7257790
Abstract: In an exemplary layout structure of a semiconductor integrated circuit manufactured by a photolithographic process using an exposing light having a wavelength ?, a peripheral circuit region is formed by arranging a plurality of peripheral circuit cells, each having peripheral circuit patterns, along a side of an internal circuit region. A proximity dummy region is formed by arranging a plurality of proximity dummy cells, each having a proximity dummy pattern, along at least one side of the peripheral circuit region. The proximity dummy region includes a line-and-space repetition structure including, and having the regularity of, two or more pairs of lines and spaces between the lines every 8?. The repetition structure in the proximity dummy region reduces the dimensional deviation in the outermost portion of the peripheral circuit region.

  • Publication number: 20050219523
Abstract: A foreign matter detecting system which can acquire a clear image and detect a foreign matter with high accuracy based on the acquired image regardless of whether a subject is located far or near from an image capturing device in spite of a depth variation or a level difference. An image capturing unit having an externally controllable focus position is disposed above or below a liquid surface, and a ray of light from an LED is illuminated toward the liquid surface from above or the side at least at a focus position of the image capturing unit so that a foreign matter on the liquid surface causes mirror reflection. The focus position of the image capturing unit is changed over the range from the top of a container containing a liquid to the bottom thereof. At each focus position, an input image from the image capturing unit is taken into an image input unit of an image processing section.

  • Publication number: 20050161835
Abstract: A semiconductor integrated circuit having connection pads arranged over active elements is disclosed. The connection pad is divided into a probing area and a bonding area, and reinforcing structures are formed separately under the respective areas. The reinforcing structure under the probing area is formed using a number of wiring layers less than the number of wiring layers used for forming the reinforcing structure under the bonding area. As a result, the wiring layers under the probing area are efficiently utilized to forms wires for realizing the logical function of the integrated circuit.
