A communication device encodes an input bit sequence by using an LDPC matrix, to obtain an encoded bit sequence for transmission. The LDPC matrix is obtained based on a lifting factor Z and a base matrix. The base matrix may be one of eight exemplary designs. The encoding method can be used in various communications systems including fifth generation (5G) telecommunication systems, and can support various encoding requirements for information bit sequences with different code lengths.

    Abstract: A method, computer system, and a computer program product are provided for post-modeling feature evaluation. In one embodiment, at least at least one post model visual output and associated data is obtained that at least includes an individual conditional expectation (ICE) plot and a partial dependence (PDP) plot. Using the associated data and the plots, a Feature Importance (PI) plot is provided. A plurality of features is then determined for each PI, PDP and ICE plots to calculate at least one Interesting Value for each plot. An overall score is also calculated for each plurality of features based on the associated Interesting Values for each PDP, ICE and PI plots. At least one top feature is selected based on said scores. A final plot is then generated at least reflecting the top feature. The final plot combines the PI, PDP and ICE plots together.

    Abstract: Aspects of the invention include techniques for intimacy-based masking of three dimensional (3D) face landmarks within a metaverse. A non-limiting example method includes determining a degree of intimacy R between a first user and a second user responsive to a first avatar of the first user being observed by a second avatar of the second user in a virtual environment. An initial set of M landmarks of a feature of the first avatar is determined and N landmarks are randomly selected from M for masking. The N landmarks are replaced with random noise sampled with a unit normal distribution to define a set of noised landmarks X that are then iteratively denoised to define a set of denoised landmarks D. A masked version of the first avatar is presented to the second user by modifying the feature of the first avatar with the set of denoised landmarks D.

The directional, uniform and constant airflow at an air blowing port blows a pollen off a stamen to transport the pollen to the female parent compartment.
