Abstract: Systems and methods for improving limited-view photoacoustic tomography using an acoustic reflector are described. In particular, an acoustic reflector and ultrasonic transducer array are integrated to provide a virtual array that enhances the field of view of the ultrasonic transducer array, thereby improving the quality of photoacoustic tomography images obtained using the systems and methods described herein.

Abstract: A TFT array substrate, a display panel and a display device are disclosed. The TFT array substrate includes a substrate, a display area and a peripheral area surrounding the display area. The display area and the peripheral area are arranged above the substrate. The peripheral area comprises a signal line and a shielding layer arranged above the signal line, and the shielding layer covers the signal line to shield EMI caused by a signal on the signal line. The TFT array substrate, the display panel and the display device can protect the display panel against EMI caused by the signal on the signal lines in the peripheral area, thereby improving stability and reliability of the TFT array substrate, the display panel and the display device, and enhancing sensitivity of a cellphone having the display panel.

Abstract: Disclosed is a touch display device which belongs to the technical field of displays, and solves the technical problem that the existing capacitive touch screens are thick. The touch display device comprises an array of common electrodes and a plurality of address lines, each of the common electrodes being connected to a drive circuit through an address line respectively. When an image is displayed, the common electrode is connected to a common voltage output end through the address line, and when a touch signal is scanned, the common electrode is connected to a touch signal processor through the address line.

Abstract: An ESD protection system includes an ESD leakage bus and an ESD protection circuit having one of its terminals connected to the ESD leakage bus. The ESD protection circuit includes at least a pair of amorphous silicon thin film transistors which are connected in a back-to-back manner, and a first shading layer is provided over the channels of the pair of amorphous silicon thin film transistors. When the ESD protection system is applied to an X-ray flat panel detector, no photocurrent will occur during the use of the X-ray flat panel detector, the effect of the photocurrent on the voltage of the scan line is reduced. Further, when the first shading layer is connected to a negative fixed potential, it can be ensured that the ESD protection circuit has small threshold voltage while the leakage current in the ESD protection circuit is reduced, and power consumption is reduced.

Abstract: A method and system for tagging original data generated by things in the Internet of Things (IoT). The method includes: performing relativity detection on acquired Web messages to obtain Web messages related to various events; acquiring address information contained in the related Web messages; determining adjacent things for various events based on the acquired address information; and tagging original data generated by the adjacent things determined using at least partial content of the related Web messages as metadata. The system includes modules for carrying out the above method.
