    Abstract: In one embodiment, an apparatus includes a processing circuit and logic integrated with and/or executable by the processing circuit. The logic is configured to cause the processing circuit to handle Internet Group Membership Protocol (IGMP) messages received from other devices in a network. Also, the logic is configured to cause the processing circuit to create a general query solicit (GQS) message configured to solicit a general query (GQ) from a multicast snooping querier coupled with the apparatus. In another embodiment, a method includes handling, using a switch in a network, IGMP messages received from other devices in the network, and creating, using the switch, a GQS message configured to solicit a GQ from a multicast snooping querier coupled with the switch. The method and the corresponding RBridge are capable of reducing consumption of CPU resource of RBridges in the TRILL network.

    Abstract: The administration of a compound advantageously efficacious as ROS1 inhibitor and its effect on subjects with cancer includes administering a compound having certain structural components such as a quinoline moiety in the backbone and at least one tertiary amine containing moiety in a side chain as well as heteroatoms, in particular oxygen atoms, present in the backbone and the side chain for treating a subject suffering from a disease such as cancer. The presence of such structural components allows for an advantageous interaction with the ROS1 kinase domain, in particular with the hinge region. The administered compounds represent a highly promising opportunity in particular for patients bearing ROS1-dependent cancer. A method for targeting tumor cells harboring an abnormality in ROS1 gene includes contacting a cell with compounds of the present invention as well as pharmaceutical compositions comprising such compounds.

The method comprises receiving a testing sample; testing the sample with a plurality of malicious code detectors to obtain a plurality of testing results; determining a credibility scale and a reputation value of each of the testing results, wherein the credibility scale indicates whether the testing result is malicious or safe, and the reputation value indicates a quantified trust level corresponding to the credibility scale; and determining a final detection result of the testing sample based on the determined credibility scales and the reputation values of the testing results. According to the technical solution of the present application, the testing results obtained from various malicious code detectors are rationally utilized to improve the testing accuracy for the malicious code.
