    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for manufacturing a low-carbon nitrogen-containing austenitic stainless steel bar, which sequentially includes the following steps: smelting, electroslag remelting and forging; in the electroslag remelting process, the steel ingot obtained in the smelting process is used as an electrode bar of an electroslag furnace, remelting with specific slag and crystallizing; in the forging process, forging the crystallized steel ingot into a material by a specific forging method; the specific slag comprises CaF2 (65-70%), Al2O3 (15-20%), CaO (5-10%) and MgO (2-5%) in percentage by weight; specific forging methods include upsetting-and-drawing and radial forging, wherein the upsetting-and-drawing includes: a pass deformation is less than 35%, a pass reduction is 50-80 mm, a pass heating temperature is 1130-1150° C., and a pass deformation method is ellipse-ellipse-circle.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a tool wear monitoring method and system under variable operational conditions based on the decoupling of cutting force component. Spindle vibration data of a machine tool is acquired, a data set with labeled tool name information is established according to the machine internal data, a cutting force acting on the tool is estimated in real time based on a vibration signal, and the actual cutting force increased due to tool wear and the maximum allowable theoretical cutting force increased due to tool wear under the surface roughness constraint are calculated. The present disclosure enables tool wear monitoring under variable loads to determine in real time whether the excessive wear occurs based on the part accuracy constraint, and can maximize the service life of the tool.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a magnetic head, a head gimbal assembly, a hard disk drive, and a method for processing a magnetic head. The method comprises irradiating at a fixed point proximal to the read/write part with a laser irradiation device until the read head and the write head are thermally expanded; orientating air bearing surfaces of a plurality of magnetic heads forming a magnetic strip toward a lapping surface of a lapping device after laser irradiation, holding the air bearing surfaces in place, lapping with the lapping device until the air bearing surfaces are coplanar; and disassembling the magnetic strip to obtain a lapped magnetic head. Through laser heating induced compensation, the heights of lapped read head and write head of the magnetic head meet their respective target values, ensuring the normal reading and writing of the storage medium of the magnetic disk.

The superhydrophilic region is a venation channel network structure consisting of hierarchical superhydrophilic channels. In the method, a pulsed laser is firstly adopted to form periodically distributed peak-pit microstructures and nanostructures, which is then modified with a low-surface-energy substance. Then, the low-surface-energy substance layer is removed by a pulsed laser again according to a venation channel network pattern. The laser scanned region is superhydrophilic, while the other regions are superhydrophobic. So that, the self-driven water collecting surface with the superhydrophobic-superhydrophilic structure is obtained.

By performing MSRCR and dark channel prior processing on the image, and then performing image fusion and sharpening based on a point sharpness weighting method, the quality of image is improved, and an accuracy of subsequent sea urchin object detection is improved.

The photoactivating light generates cross-linking activity with a cross-linking agent applied to the cornea.
