The micro-device includes an illumination system including a micro-optical element and an optical fiber. The micro-optical element includes micro-LEDs configured to direct photoactivating light through the inner portion to the cornea of the eye when the body is positioned against the surface of the eye. The photoactivating light generates cross-linking activity with a cross-linking agent applied to the cornea. The optical fiber couples the micro-optical element to a light source and includes a surface configured to reflect the photoactivating light to the micro-optical element.

It has high industrial prospects in the field of anti-inflammatory drugs, especially in the field for treating asthma and COPD.

Staged solution composition control may include concentration gradient control of ammonium carbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, ammonium carbamate, ammonia, or combinations thereof, which may be characterized by the molar ratio of total ammonia to total CO2. Reaction condition control may include temperature control, pH control, and pressure control. The flue gas may enter the decarbonization tower, and through staged absorption, establishment of concentration, temperature, and multi-point addition of ammonia, decarbonization efficiency may be improved, decarbonization operating costs may be saved, and ammonia escape may be controlled.
