Abstract: A micro-device for corneal cross-linking treatment includes a body including an outer portion and an inner portion. The inner portion is coupled to the outer portion which is disposed about a periphery of the inner portion. When the body is against an eye surface, the outer portion contacts the eye surface and the inner portion defines a chamber over a cornea of the eye. The micro-device includes an illumination system including a micro-optical element and an optical fiber. The micro-optical element includes micro-LEDs configured to direct photoactivating light through the inner portion to the cornea of the eye when the body is positioned against the surface of the eye. The photoactivating light generates cross-linking activity with a cross-linking agent applied to the cornea. The optical fiber couples the micro-optical element to a light source and includes a surface configured to reflect the photoactivating light to the micro-optical element.

Abstract: The invention discloses a panaxadiol glycoside derivative and a preparation method and application thereof. Such compounds show strong anti-inflammatory effects in vitro and in animal model experiments, and thus can be used to prepare anti-inflammatory drugs, especially can be used for treating asthma and COPD. In the experiment, the above-mentioned compounds have obvious effects on asthma and COPD, and the efficacy of the high-dose group is superior than that of dexamethasone and budesonide. Even under the dose much exceeding the therapeutic dose, no obvious affect on blood routine and blood glucoseis observed. It has high industrial prospects in the field of anti-inflammatory drugs, especially in the field for treating asthma and COPD.

The adjusting assembly is coupled to the movable assembly and adapted to move the movable assembly to enable an alignment of the second conductive member and the first conductive members; or a change of a force applied by movable assembly to the substrate. In this way, the phase shifter is provided with an error-adjustment mechanism, and the antenna device as well as the base station including these phase shifters can achieve an increased accuracy and consistency.

Staged solution composition control may include concentration gradient control of ammonium carbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, ammonium carbamate, ammonia, or combinations thereof, which may be characterized by the molar ratio of total ammonia to total CO2. Reaction condition control may include temperature control, pH control, and pressure control. The flue gas may enter the decarbonization tower, and through staged absorption, establishment of concentration, temperature, and multi-point addition of ammonia, decarbonization efficiency may be improved, decarbonization operating costs may be saved, and ammonia escape may be controlled.
