    Abstract: A method and apparatus for managing mobility of a terminal by a first base station in a communication system. The first base station assigns a first address to the terminal located in a cell managed by the first base station and establishes a session to an external server that communicates with the terminal using the first address. If the terminal moves to a cell managed by a second base station different from the first base station, the first base station determines whether information about a second address assigned to the terminal by the second base station is received within a predetermined time. Upon receiving the information about the second address within the predetermined time, the first base station transmits data received from the external server to the terminal through the second base station using the information about the second address.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition for treatment or metastasis suppression of cancers which includes a p34 expression inhibitor or activity inhibitor as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, the p34 protein knock-down causes monoubiquitination of PTEN and accordingly nuclear localization of PTEN is induced, as a result, an Akt pathway which is related to survival, proliferation, invasive properties and metastatic properties of tumors is inhibited, and thus there is an effect of significantly reducing clonogenic potential and tumor forming potential of various cancer cells which simultaneously express PTEN and NEDD4-1. Consequently, the p34 gene expression inhibitor or p34 protein activity inhibitor according to the present invention can be effectively used as a treatment agent or a metastasis suppression agent for cancers.

A cloud cell is configured with a plurality of base stations that cooperate with each other for a mobile station and synchronizes user contexts for serving the mobile station among the plurality of base stations included in the cloud cell, and the plurality of base stations cooperate with each other to provide a communication service to the mobile station. The present disclosure reduces generation of a handover when the mobile station moves between base stations, and increases the data yield of the mobile station by transmitting and receiving data in cooperation with base stations in a cloud cell at a shaded area or a cell border.

The present invention is characterized in that a cathode material including LiFePO4 is synthesized using, as precursors, amorphous FePO4.XH2O and crystalline FePO4.2H2O (metastrengite) obtained by chemically treating LiFePO4 as an olivine-based cathode material for a lithium secondary battery, which is produced from a waste battery. Since a cathode fabricated from the LiFePO4 cathode material synthesized according to the present invention does not deteriorate the capacity, output characteristics, cycle efficiency and performance of the secondary battery and the cathode material of the lithium secondary battery may be recycled, the secondary battery is economically efficient.
