  • Patent number: 6072386
Abstract: A bicycle spoke warning light device capable of setting and displaying characters. The device is mounted on the spoke of the bicycle, in which a rotational speed detecting unit of a controlling circuit detects the rotational speed of the spoke. When the rotational speed reaches a certain value, a processor takes out the data set in a memory unit by a setting unit and makes multiple light sources immediately emit light to form a predetermined picture or character on the quickly rotating spoke by using temporarily remaining vision so as to achieve a highlighting and warning effect.

  • Patent number: 5973407
Abstract: The present invention disclose an Integral heat spreader for semiconductor package which is a metal plate and characterized in that a plurality of upper bumps are provided on the top surface of the metal plate. By the provision of the upper bumps, one or more space(s) can be formed between the bottom surface of the paddle and the top surface of the heat spreader for the compact filling of molding compound. Therefore, the occurrence of gap or delamination can be prevented, while maintaining the necessary effect of heat dissipation.

  • Patent number: 5802927
Abstract: A rotary driving mechanism for brake device which mainly includes: a brake device, a base seat, and a rotary member, a linking member, a guiding block, and a torque spring. Therefore, the invention provides a rotary driving mechanism which is fitted to a handle of the bicycle for driving a brake device. A pulling travel of the steel cord for driving the brake device is elongated and the abrasion of the section against which the steel cord is pulled is avoided. Also, a torque spring is used to achieve a better restoring effect.

  • Patent number: 5754540
Abstract: A 100BASE-T compliant integrated circuit multiport repeater provides one or more medium independent interfaces (MII's) and a plurality of physical interfaces. This facilitates connection of the repeater to one or more external medium access controller devices also implementing the MII standard. The multiport repeater device shares status, configuration and control management function of the MII among the plurality of physical ports. Therefore, only one MII physical address is needed for each multiport repeater, rather than for each physical transceiver in the system. The medium independent interfaces on the repeater chip share a number of pins and logic so that the total number of I/O pins required for a repeater chip according to the present invention with multiple medium independent interfaces is substantially reduced over a similar device which might have a plurality of independent medium independent interfaces.

  • Patent number: 5542149
Abstract: The vertical and horizontal movements of a wheeled carriage mounted for movement along a rail having a pair of inwardly directed lateral rails terminating in a pair of upwardly extending inner edges are limited by providing a first plurality of rollers engaging the bottom surfaces of the transverse rails and a second plurality of rollers positioned for rolling engagement against the inner edges. The axes of rotation of the first rollers are orthogonal to the axes of rotation of the second rollers, and the diameter of each second roller is greater than the width of the carriage portion disposed between the inner edges.
