  • Patent number: 7362298
Abstract: A pixel circuit includes a light-emitting element that has a luminance corresponding to a level of a driving signal; and a signal generating circuit that generates a driving signal indicating the luminance of the light-emitting element on the basis of a data signal. The signal generating circuit includes a driving transistor that generates a driving signal by supplying a voltage corresponding to a data signal to its gate electrode, and a time constant circuit that rounds a waveform of the driving signal supplied from the driving transistor to the light-emitting element.

  • Publication number: 20080061771
Abstract: An annular magnetic encoder in which a plurality of S poles and N poles, the S poles and the N poles being magnetic poles, are alternately arranged, the magnetic encoder has a structure in which a change in width of the magnetic poles in a rotational direction according to a rotational angle allows the rotational angle to be specified, so that little rotation can specify a rotational angle.

  • Publication number: 20070273295
Abstract: An electro-optical device includes a first electro-optical element, a second electro-optical element, and a third electro-optical element. A first node is electrically connected to the first electro-optical element, a second node is electrically connected to the second electro-optical element, and a third node electrically connected to the third electro-optical element. A first resistor placed between the first node and the third node and a second resistor placed between the second node and the third node. Additionally, a first signal supplying unit that supplies a first signal to the first node and a second signal supplying unit that supplies a second signal to the second node.

  • Patent number: 7129645
Abstract: To miniaturize an organic EL device and improve its reliability. An organic EL comprising: a second electrode formed to face against a plurality of first electrodes each of which is formed on each pixel and electronically connected to a pixel driving signal; a luminescent layer interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode; a plurality of input/output signal lines arranged in the peripheral region, one ends of which are electrically connected to the pixel driving signal lines and the other ends of which are electrically connected to external circuits; and a wiring line for the second electrode electrically connected to the second electrode in the peripheral region and, wherein, at least a part of the plurality of input/output signal is collected in the peripheral region in the direction from the one end to the other end to form a contact area, and the wiring line for the second electrode is electrically connected to the second electrode in the contact area.

  • Patent number: 5979408
Abstract: A fuel injection system (10) for a multiple-cylinder engine includes a single solenoid-operated fuel metering valve (12) connected through fuel lines (50) to a plurality of fuel injection nozzles (52). The fuel metering valve (12) has a solenoid-operated movable valve member (14) that opens and closes a single discharge opening (26) having a first metering orifice (58). Each injection nozzle (52) has an equally calibrated second metering orifice (90) that serves to distribute the fuel metered by the first orifice evenly over all of the fuel injection nozzles. Preferred forms of the fuel injection nozzle is also disclosed.
