  • Patent number: 11446975
Abstract: A convertible link for use with an anti-sway bar is provided. The convertible link includes a hydraulic cylinder having a link tube and a fluid shaft. The fluid shaft includes a piston coupled to a first end of the fluid shaft, wherein the fluid shaft and the piston are slidably coupled within the link tube. Fluid flows in and out of the hydraulic cylinder to move the hydraulic cylinder between a fixed and a moveable condition. In the fixed position the fluid shaft does not move with respect to the link tube and the anti-sway bar is operational to control roll. In the moveable condition the fluid shaft is moveable with respect to the link tube and the anti-sway bar is not operational to control roll.

  • Publication number: 20220289268
Abstract: A center load rack and pinion steering mechanism is disclosed. The mechanism comprises a center load steering rack housing mounted to a vehicle frame, with a longitudinal slot through the front surface thereof, the slot being fitted with a bushing of a material that is resistant to damage from heat and bending. A pair of center link mounting bolts secure a center link and a center link pad to the rack wherein the center link pad extends through the bushing such that the upper and lower surfaces of the center link pad engage the upper and lower inner surfaces of the bushing, respectively, to prevent upward and downward movement and twisting of the center link and the center link pad relative to the rack in response to steered wheels of the vehicle contacting rough or uneven terrain while in use to prevent damage to components of the steering mechanism.

  • Publication number: 20220288990
Abstract: Described are devices, systems, and methods that enable greater control and customization of variable suspension systems via mechanical modification, among other advantages. In one example, a linkage device is configured to be attached to a suspension arm of a vehicle and to a vehicle frame of the vehicle. The linkage device is configured to mechanically modify one or more physical states detected by a sensor of the vehicle, thereby causing the sensor to output modified signals to a controller, and causing the controller to output modified control signals to a variable shock absorber connected between the vehicle frame and the suspension arm, thereby modifying one or more variable physical properties of the variable shock absorber.

  • Publication number: 20220277042
Abstract: A system can display content generated from one type of machine-generated data to a user via a graphical user interface. Based on an interaction with the machine-generated data, the system can determine an entity identifier associated with the machine-generated data and determine an entity type for the entity identifier. The system can map the entity type to one or more content generators associated with the entity type and communicate the entity identifier to the identified content generators. The content generators can determine if they have content associated with the machine-generated data. The system can generate and display a link to the related content via a graphical user interface.

  • Patent number: 11347578
Abstract: A method of performing error analysis in a system comprising microservices comprises identifying a root cause error span from among a plurality of error spans for a trace, wherein an error span is a span that returns an error to a microservice that generates the span, and wherein a root cause error span is an error span associated with an error originating microservice. The method further comprises determining a call path associated with the root cause error span, where the call path comprises a chain of spans starting at the root cause error span, and where each subsequent span in the chain is a parent span of a prior span. Subsequently the method comprises mapping each span in the chain to a span error frame to create an error stack and rendering an image of the error stack.

  • Patent number: 11321160
Abstract: A method of tracking errors in a system comprising microservices comprises ingesting a plurality of spans generated by the microservices during a given duration of time. The method further comprises consolidating the plurality of spans associated with the given duration of time into a plurality of traces, wherein each trace comprises a subset of the plurality of spans that comprise a common trace identifier. For each trace, the method comprises: a) mapping a respective trace to one or more error stacks computed for the respective trace and to one or more attributes determined for the respective trace; and b) emitting each error stack computed from the respective trace with an associated pair of attributes. The method then comprises reducing duplicate pairs of error stack and associated attributes and maintaining a count for each pair of error stack and associated attributes.
